Everyone was so polite and efficient the customer service was exceptional even though they were having technical difficulties everything seemed to run smoothly. When I went to get the fork, I was asked why I needed a fork for the lobster roll and I told them that the role was ruined and wet and I couldn't even pick it up. I was then told that the next time I ordered a lobster roll I should get the one with the butter. I was then informed that I must not have been aware of what I was ordering and that's why it wasn't what I expected. I informed them that I was very aware of what I was ordering because I used to own a seafood restaurant and market and that what was served to me was unacceptable. It was well-seasoned with the dry rub throughout and a good ratio of meat to fat. They also have like 15 BBQ sauce options, which is daunting to choose from, and I'll admit I did not like all of the sauce options but I'm sure it's just an issue of personal taste and someone else will like the ones I did not care for. Either way, all of the sauces were all very high quality house-made sauces.
