I have had some good, and some not-so-good dental care in my life, but I don't think I've ever…read morereceived better care than from Dr. Ryan and Tanya at Moore Dentistry. I'm a disabled veteran who does not qualify for dental care through the VA, so when I found myself needing dental care, I started looking for a way to do it with my limited income. I signed up for care through https://dentallifeline.org/, which offers Donated Dental Services for needy individuals. Donated Dental has a long waiting list, and you only receive services once. It took me several years to get to the top of the list, and Dr. Ryan volunteered his services for me. I ended up having to have two extractions, and a deep cleaning/root planing. Dr. Ryan gave me such a thorough, detailed examination, and then went over the best options for my care. I felt so at peace and at ease with him and his staff, and they were all willing to give me the time I needed to get all the information I needed. Tanya, and Dr. Ryan's office staff, gave me valuable information on how to find an affordable dental plan that I could sign up for, so that I can continue receiving care through Moore Dentistry. After my experiences in their chairs, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else! I extend my fullest heartfelt thanks to Dr. Ryan, Tanya, and the office staff at Moore Dentistry!

The same can easily be said about Dr. Ryan, Dr. Lindsay and Dr. Sam. They are all incredible dentists, but also down to earth wonderful people. They always seem to have state of the art equipment to make your dental experience as pleasant and efficient as possible. They are also locally owned which means a lot to me. I have recommended their services to countless people and encourage whoever reading this review to feel confident that Moore Dentistry will give you and your family top notch dental care!

I've been going to the Dentist for years, and aside from the rude receptionist, have been fairly…read morehappy. Dr. Runne seems to be a nice man who is concerned about his patients. I even brought my husband here. That is what makes what just happened to me even more confusing. I had one of the crowns on my front tooth crack and fall off recently, leaving me with what looks like a rodent tooth. It's very embarrassing especially since I work with the public, attend occasional affluent events and teach. I'm very self conscious about it. I went to my periodontist to get a quote for an implant and was so shocked by the price, I almost cried. Apparently this is what they cost, but that's not what my issue is about. Immediately after getting the quote I stopped in Dr. Runnes office to make an appointment to look into a procedure to prepare for the implant. The receptionist was very rude and clearly did not care if I was upset. She was so short and unpleasant that I mentioned it to my periodontist later. Anyway, fast forward. I have my appointment with Dr. Runne and it goes great. He has some ideas that will help me and asks me to check things out with my insurance, send the info over, and if our plan will work out, we will proceed. I leave feeling relieved. I call my insurance and it seems it will work out the way we discussed so I email the info to Dr. Runne, then call and leave a message that I have done so and need an appointment to proceed. No one calls me back, so like a week later I call and leave another message. Finally the receptionist calls me back and says she can schedule me in about a month to discuss the plan with the Doctor. Now I'm confused because I thought we already had a plan and would greatly prefer not to wait longer, so I ask if we can put on the temporary crown at the appointment, as I have large public events coming up and am embarrassed about my 'rodent' tooth. She says she will ask the doctor and call me back. I wait a week. No call back. I call again to follow up and also add that I need to schedule my husband for a deep cleaning. No one calls me back. A few days later I receive this letter, signed by Dr. Runne, saying he was withdrawing as my dental provider and would no longer be treating me. Huh??? No explanation or details. Immediately I call their office and get the machine, so I leave a message saying I got this weird letter and can someone call me back and explain what's going on. I then called my periodontist office to see if they had any clue and if the doctor is ok. They know nothing but ask if maybe something weird happened at the appointment. I said no, it was fine, and I left happy and relieved. I called a few other dentist friends who thought that was totally bizarre and said they've never heard of such a thing. Now I owe no money to this dentist. My balance is zero. Needless to say, no one calls me back. I call a couple more times and get the machine. I finally call again, a week has passed at this point, and leave a very irritated message. Finally this receptionist calls me back. When I ask what happened she says, FULL of attitude, that she is authorized to tell me he will no longer be treating me. She literally will not give me a reason. I keep asking and finally she says "The doctor feels he can't perform your procedure, how's that?" Clearly, she just made up an excuse and I tell her this is extremely unprofessional behavior, it's making my life much less convenient and I will be leaving a bad review. Then this woman says, "Maybe you should consider that's why the dentist doesn't want to treat you"! She literally just told me the dentist doesn't feel he can put on a temporary crown. Pretty sure that's not so tricky. I have had several . Then it's my fault for being upset that I cryptically got canceled from the dentist. Unbelievable! I still haven't received a real explanation for this and so I am led to believe either this woman misconstrued our conversations which she somehow got offended by and said something clearly untrue to the dentist OR he didn't even know what he was signing as my name was filled in the form by her and was not matching his signature. I don't even know this woman's name and could care less about her, one way or the other, but she clearly has an unprovoked problem with me. If you don't want this kind of nonsense in your life, steer clear of Dr. Runne. At least until he gets a new receptionist.
