As I waited in the lobby with my son, the owner comes back to me and says we have a problem. He proceeds to take us back into the back area and he shows me that the shaft was stripped when he tried to takeoff the nut to pull off the blade. I looked at it and I tried not to be angry in front of my son. But I was annoyed on the inside. The problem that I have with this individual or establishment of business is that there was no accountability for what was done to my lawnmower. The owner apologized and told me he was the one that worked on it and that it was nothing that he could do to rectify the situation. He said "This kind of thing happens" and that he's had other lawnmowers that this is happened to before. My other problem with this after I is that after I left I researched YouTube videos. And I found that no one used a power tool to remove the nut off of any lawnmower. They all use the hand socket wrench or torque wrench. I asked the owner before I left to compensate me for this. He told me no, he's not held responsible. My wife called him to ask him to use one of his lawnmowers for the day and he still wants to charge me after breaking my machine. #justlostacustomer

Thankfully, I found Blue Star who has hands down the best tasting spring water I've ever tasted & the most phenomenal customer service around! We live on the 3rd floor & the delivery man always carries all (5) 5 gallon bottles of water up the stairs for me, without having to ask. The office follows up with me every couple months with a personal phone call to check-in and ask when I need my next refill. My payment is done super easy over the phone. What a fantastic personal touch! No more annoying digital accounts with annoying confusing digital calendars. Plus now I am treated like a human being & loyal customer. Blue Star is a truly refreshing experience . Best of all, I am now paying half of what I spent with Poland Spring.

I received a call from the manager responsible for the company's accounts, who informed me that three previous orders were showing as unpaid in their system. Fortunately, I had proof of my payments and was able to confirm that the payments had already been made. After reviewing the records more carefully, the manager acknowledged that some payments had been received but continued to insist that I needed to make the most recent payment again, even though it had already been paid for an order placed approximately a month earlier. I find it unacceptable for a company to contact customers demanding payment for orders that have already been paid, especially when the transactions took place weeks or even months ago and proof of payment is available. What disappointed me the most was the way I was treated during the phone call. I was not given a fair opportunity to explain the situation or finish speaking. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with respect, patience, and professionalism, especially when they have supported a company for an extended period of time. Unfortunately, this experience has affected my trust in the company. I sincerely hope they improve their billing system and, most importantly, the way they communicate with and treat their customers. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to others.

From start to finish the whole experience was a good one. This is because the guys from Culligan were always on time and they did exactly what they said they would do. Our water quality has improved dramatically as a result so we no longer struggle with things like water stains when it comes to cleaning. Also, appliances like kettles and the dishwasher seem to perform better. I'm glad that we took this project on because it turns out to have been a good decision.

When they came out today they were all wonderful! Super friendly but extremely professional, and these guys work HARD!! They also have what I would think a lot of these types of companies don't have - empathy. They treated my mother's things with respect and made certain they weren't getting rid of anything sentimental or salvageable, and took great care to not just toss her stuff on a pile like junk. They really understand that while it's just "stuff", it's also someone's life and they took great pains to be discrete about not letting my mom have to see too much of what they had to get rid of. John is an excellent communicator; he kept me in the loop every step of the way and took care to ask about "iffy" items. He also helped me navigate how to deal with the insurance company which he certainly didn't have to do. When you think mold remediation you don't think kindness and compassion. All of the five guys working were great. Very personable, again - great communication - just a team really kind humans. This is a company with a lot of integrity. I was told another stand would be sent. A week later, no stand. I called and was told it would be delivered the following week. I expressed dissatisfaction in the stand taking two weeks to be delivered (as I was unable to use my water delivery due to this). No apology. The next week, the stand was delivered, unboxed, just sitting on my porch. I'm no longer surprised that the original stand was damaged in transit seeing as no protective wrap is used. When I called to ask about normal delivery protocol since my new stand is looking quite shabby, I was told the driver follows whatever directions are on the account and leaves the stand if no one is home. Not my point. My point was it looks beat up. And it's not from the few hours it sat on my porch. The customer service rep blew me off and essentially hung up on me. Unreal.
