They eventually came out and did a deal coat, which didn't fix anything. For over 2 years now they keep saying they will come out to fix, but they never have. Here are a few other things to consider: 1. The son kept saying that I should work with him because he will make it right. He has been telling me for 2 years that he would come, but he's been "too busy" to come out. 2. When they seal coated the driveway as a way to try and fix it, they splattered tar all over the side of the house and garage door. He said he would fix it but, as expected, he never did. 3. The company will respond to your reviews with "please call us to fix it", but they never will. 4. The son will text you after you post a negative review and he will actually make it sound like he's doing you a favor. Last text I got from him said "I'll fix it just to get you out of my hair". Still didn't fix it. 5. They lie about the work they do. They were supposed to remove the old base layer, and lay down a new layer of gravel. I literally watched them and he never did it. He even told me that the gravel below was in great shape and it wasn't needed. Clearly when you look at the pictures you will see that this looks like a 20 year old driveway, but it's less than 3 years old. At this point, I can't trust you to do the work and honor your warranty. If you are serious about your customers, you can pay another company to fix it and do it right.

He spent maybe 15 minutes going through everything and the quote was around $4k less than the next cheapest quote we'd received. We appreciated his no nonsense, no BS approach and signed on the spot! The new roof was installed the following week while we were at work & we couldn't be happier with how it turned out! They did a fantastic job on both install and cleanup. My neighbor even commented on how impressed she was that they came into her yard to clean up, too! If you're looking for a no nonsense, honest company for a roof, do yourself a favor and contact Napier's first.
