I scheduled an appointment with the service provider and cleared my schedule in anticipation of the job. However, he did not show up at the scheduled time. I waited for over an hour, and only after I followed up did he casually mention that he wouldn't be coming -- no advance notice, When he finally responded with a quote after a week, I wasn't able to reply immediately as I was unwell and 7 months pregnant. Instead of showing any professionalism, he sent me a message accusing me of not being serious and told me not to use the site again unless I intended to respond on his timeline. I found his tone rude, uncalled for, and completely unprofessional. Instead of owning up to his own lack of commitment and delays, he flipped the blame and tried to shame me for not responding quickly enough, despite his own week-long silence. To top it off, when I voiced my concern, I received a sarcastic "have a great day" message that only further reflects his lack of basic customer respect. I don't care what "great reviews" he boasts about from other customers -- my experience was completely negative and I wouldn't recommend Hamilton Home Services to anyone. If this is how they treat customers -- especially someone whom they already inconvenienced by their no-show -- then they don't deserve to be in a customer-facing business. Save your time, energy, and dignity -- look elsewhere.
