The first attempt to eat here the waitress apologized and said it would be a 40 minute wait as a trove of people arrived between 5 - 5:30 pm when we arrived. We told her we'd come back another time. Two days later we arrived around 4:30 ish, and the young lady from way behind the counter, without saying hello or welcome, pointed us to a table. Our assigned waitress was pleasant but we had to flag her down twice for more beverages, it wasn't really busy yet and three wait staff were talking amongst each other. In any case if you don't mind this type behavior this place will suit you, but if you're a large group it may be somewhat challenging to be waited on with a professional attitude. By some lucky miracle, we happened to go on a day where it was 50% off so I saved myself from a $40 burger meal for 2. I also wasn't a big fan on ordering through the app. It was truly a hassle that just added on to the wait time for our food. We had one employee who sat us down outside and tossed our menus on the table and mumbled directions on how to order on the app, without paying any mind to us as if he was staring at something in the opposite direction.
