There were at least 7 or 8 kinds of fish on the menu, many of which I couldn't even identify. I go the haddock special and it was good. The special was suppose to be a small, but they were out, so they gave me the medium, which seemed huge. The large would cover the plate. The hand made tarter sauce was awesome and they give you enough for two people in one order. They have wifi, but you need to ask for the password.

When I called to explain what happened the boss wouldn't come to the phone, which then meant I had to walk all the way back to the chip shop with the raw sausage still on the plate, out of pure respect when I got there I waited for customers to leave the shop which I thought was good of me .... when they see that the sausage was raw, all they could come up with, was replace the food. I'm sure anyone would agre, that isn't compensating me for the inconvenience and the fact my son could and still get ill and the walk I had to do, what they should have done is apologied for the fact they give my son a raw sausage and refunded my money and give me food on the house for the sheer inconvenience Instead they would rather lose a customer and be reporting to Havering food hygiene .
