I brought my bicycle in for an adjustment to the front derailleur and was hoping to wait or at least come pick the bike up in a few days. I was told it would be 2 and a half weeks to have them tell me what was wrong with it and more to repair it. The last time I brought my bicycle in they did excellent work and I (though a bit surprised) paid almost $500 for the work. This time they said it will be "about that much again". I understand that they have a huge and well appointed shop to pay for but I think this time around it was much too expensive. The two men behind the counter seemed confused and overwrought though I was the only customer in this huge place at that time. Any recommendations on my next bike shop would be appreciated.

They have fixed my families bikes, including my son's custom Ti bike adding a Rohloff bike shifting system, which carries a lifetime warranty. I have purchased several bikes from Ryan and Tim at the downtown store and they always take care of any needs I have for service or repair. My favorite purchase has been the Cervelo Aspero gravel bike, which I rode with my son from Seattle to Chicago two summers ago. None better than Pedal to set up the right bike for a 2,000 mile ride!!

I picked up my new bike last Friday. I was rushed through the process and out the door. They never…read morehad me get in the bike to make sure it was adjusted properly. There's paint damage to the front of the bike, and the gear switch. My lines were left a mess at the front of the bike. There was grease left all over the bike. None of this was ever brought to my attention, and in my excitement I didn't notice until I arrived home late Friday night. When I was handed my envelope I had to fold it to get it into my pocket. So I asked is there anything breakable in here? "No' you can go ahead and fold that." I heard the disc break as I folded the envelope. I tool pictures outside the shop, so after I noticed the damaged paint I zoomed in later that night, and you can clearly see what I'm talking about before I had even left the store. I'm very disappointed with my experience, and all future cycling purchases will be made elsewhere.
