Success at Trebach Realty! My husband and I recently moved…read moreto Riverdale from Manhattan so that we could have more space and be in close proximity to schools. We had gone to other 2 agencies prior to Trebach and were really given the run around. It was very discouraging. We had our specifications and the other agencies showed us every but what we wanted. Trebach Realty was a breath of fresh air. They are a family business which we later found out were a staple to the neighborhood. We dealt with Pamela Trebach (the daughter). She keyed in on exactly what our needs were. She showed us 10 properties over a period of weeks that were in our price and Bingo! We found a beautiful colonial home. The prior owners lived there for 35 years. The house has great bones and we are in the process of slowly renovating it. We feel that Trebach Realty was "meant to be".

Thank you Gregory Yadgaroff for helping me find the perfect apartment in the perfect neighborhood…read more Gregory was patient , thorough and tireless in presenting me with a variety of apartments that met my criteria - and when I chose the apartment I wanted he shepherded me through the process of application and approval with knowing patience . He  made the experience of looking for a new home  surprisingly stress-free - which is no small feat in NYC. I have lived in NYC for 38 years and this is THE BEST experience I have ever had with a realtor and real estate agency. Gregory  and Steve Niyagov and the whole Realty Depot team are   amazing  - I can not recommend them highly enough.

Lee came highly recommended to me from many people that I work with in the NYPD as well as many friends of mine in the FDNY. They all said that if you want your place sold for the best price .... "you better call Lee !" And boy were they right. It was an absolute pleasure to have Lee Wasserman representing me. From beginning to end Lee was an absolute professional. His vast knowledge and experience of Brooklyn real estate is incomparable to other brokers that I considered using for my sale. I knew immediately after meeting Lee that he was the right person for the job. He really has his finger on the pulse of the market. There was no question or concern too big or small for him. I plan on using him in all my future real estate endeavors. Thank you Lee and thank you Bergen Basin!!!

Worst experience especially with the rental. They make it harder for you to move. Even moving from…read morelong distance, makes you do trips to sign lease. They charge you their fees for rental and never be your advocate. They rather work for landlords and trick you. They don't send the lease prepared so you can't read it until the last moment when you already did the move. They have least helpful staff. One of them has emotional issues. Wish there could be a 0 star. Guys please think before calling them up. I am telling you. It's better if you search for rental yourself and sell homes by yourself. The agents are the worst with money grabbing attitude and selfish attitude. I would have to wait days and weeks for her to respond to my messages making us confused if shes even doing her job. If we had known this was the service we would be getting, we would not have used her. Even on the day of closing, she would not answer us when we needed her help and does not even have the decency to tell me she wasnt coming to closing. Most real estate agents will tell you "congrats" or something best of luck but she did not even say a word to us or show up. It was absolutely disgusting how unprofessional she is. She makes realtors look bad and being that this is a customer facing job, if you dont have the decency to respond to clients, you should look for a different field. Buying a house is a major milestone for most people and she has no care for others. After multiple attempts of asking her to communicate with us and her refusing to care, this is why I had to write this review to warn others. She does not care about her clients needs at all and is just there for her paycheck.

There have been numerous times where I get no reply from realtors through these sites or they takes days to reply. I ended up picking an apartment he showed me. I've had negative experiences throughout my apartment search, and it was refreshing to work with broker's who were personable, not pushy or pressuring, just to make a sale. I would recommend John and Moe to anyone who is apartment hunting.

After a long search filled with viewing crappy apts & dealing with unproffesional brokers i was losing hope. Thats when i sent the "id like to request a tour" message to one of Devoted's properties and all my troubles went away. That was on a Tuesday morning. I met with John to view it just a few hours later that day. Applied on Wednesday. Approved on Thursday! I could of signed my lease same day or next day too if I wanted but I opted for that Saturday. John answered every one of my concerns, gave me his advice & opinion on questions I had that wasn't even part of his job to answer he's just a good guy on top of good at his job! He may be a little late to your meeting or miss a text because he's juggling so much getting us into our new homes but i'm telling you do not let it deter you from working with one of the best agents out here! Oh and dont hesitate to provide whatever is needed to submit your application. Just think about all those apartments you reached out to on zillow or street easy but then didnt respond after. Devoted wants to protect their time spent, show you're serious and also make sure you dont back out last minute of a property another potential tenant could have its only fair! I can confirm all agreements were honored with no issue! I could go on and on because I'm so shocked at how seamless the whole process was but i'll end it with John you're the best!
