They're honest and they'll shoot very straight with you. Sometimes communication could be a bit better. Things always get sorted out when they float up to the top (Bryan and/or Graham), but sometimes the people below don't know what's going on. In fairness to them, like 90% of their business occurs in the two 4 week periods in May and September when everything goes in and everything comes out of the 50 lakes around Bemidji, so things get a bit crazy, and I get it.
