Cost me hundreds in parts and labor to repair last min and when contacting Donovan and speaking with Jim & Jay they left me with NO resolution and offered a $30 hose to replace the ruptured line. All set with this place!!! What a joke!!! It isn't reasonable to assume that within 7 weeks of paying for a "professional install" and almost $8k for a new plow that this was just maybe installed incorrectly on their part? The owner simply stated that I didn't follow "warranty guidelines" as it broke at 3am and couldn't wait hours or maybe days to repair so ALL costs I incurred are my responsibility. This Record Service towed our van with the back wheels on the ground and lied to us telling us that…read morethey took the drive shaft out. They did not and they ruined our transmission. I am an ASC Certified mechanic and I have been professionally doing that for 40 years. Even when I told her what happened she denied it and started cussing and raising her voice. I asked her to calm down and I explained to her that I can prove it was a bad toe when I tear the transmission down I can prove that it was done that way. Then she said that we were told they could not take the drive shaft out because it was too rusty so all the sudden their story changed and it went from they took it out to they didn't take it out and they told us they didn't take it out which is all lies. This is a very shady company and they treat you like trash on top of charging you enormous amounts of money. Even when there is a certified ASE technician telling them that there was a mistake made they deny it and become extremely rude and aggressive. I will see you in court.
