One star. Avoid this place at all costs…read more What a nightmare. We had two prepaid rooms and the problems started the moment we arrived. There was a long line to check in and a long wait to get rooms assigned. We finally got in and got our two keys for the two rooms, we dropped our luggage in one room, and left. Of course, the parking garage did not work with our key card, so back we went and waited in line again. The parking access was added and when we came back, neither room key worked. Back down to the lobby to wait in line again. The front desk reissued keys, but when we went back to open the second room, someone else's belongings were inside! At that point they said they would comp our entire stay and moved us into a larger room at the Staybridge Suites connected in the same building. That was the one nice gesture, except it didn't hold up. After we got home, not only was our prepaid stay never comped, we were charged additionally on top of it! I had to call my credit card company to dispute it, and when they tried to reach the hotel directly, they couldn't get through after more than thirty minutes on hold. This was at around 2 PM on a normal weekday. This is a terribly managed hotel with undertrained staff. One employee helping us was on her second or third day; another had just finished her first week. Nobody seemed equipped to handle even basic check-in, let alone the billing disaster that followed. Save yourself the headache and book somewhere else.

Pretty clean hotel room. The room had a focus on fitness, it had some exercise stretching equipment…read morethat came standard with the room, probable because of one's staying for the Maybe clinic and the thrust towards physical therapy. The hotel lobby is nicely set up along with a bar and restaurant (take this with a grain of salt), breakfast tasted like it had all been microwaved. They do offer parking in their garage, otherwise there is paid street parking, free after 5:00 pm till 8am

I didn't think to take any pictures unfortunately but I was pleasantly surprised nonetheless. Like I said- I'm used to Hilton hotels and I was quite surprised by the spaciousness, but especially the comfort of the bed! I typically don't sleep well at hotels just because the bed is so uncomfortable but this bed was just as comfortable if not more than my $8k bed at home. The suite was nice- a pull out sofa, sink, dishwasher, stove top, closest, large desk, private room with a king size bed, plus the shower and bathroom were separate with a closed door from the sink and additional closet. The room also got super cold which I appreciated because I like my hotel rooms to be at 60 degrees in the summer (crazy I know) and this was way cold even at 65! Also, free breakfast is always a plus. The only criticism I would have is that the workout facility is practically right in the lobby with windows for walls for everyone to see but I didn't plan on using it this time around so it wasn't that big of a deal but if I had I may have felt a tad uncomfortable but not because the clientele, just feeling like everyone can see in. I would stay again.

The breakfast was simple but good. The shuttle to Mayo was extremely convenient. If required to come back we will definitely stay here.
