We gave them two days to get this done as we have an 8 month old we needed to relocate during the process along with all of his things. They hired the job out to subcontractors who were not EPA certified to remove lead. We had to ask them several times to even cover the areas they were working in. Cleaner called an hour before arrival, reviewed the site and discussed the price. Initial steam cleaning for the living room/dining room and hallway was one price. Additional shampoo, sanitizing, deodorizing, etc treatment was an additional price. We agreed to have everything done. Cleaner brought up his equipment and finished the project in less than two hours. Happy with results of our clean, almost like new carpet. Two days after drying, we noticed stains we hadn't seen before or during the cleaning process. Called back, sent photos and they said rescheduled within the week for a return.
