Took the car to Midas, they fixed it with a universal part and sealed a crack in the resonator the same day for a reasonable price. I was so pleased with this quick service as my daughter and I need this car to be running well on a daily basis. It's a small shop but the atmosphere is chill and the people are very friendly and respectful. I hate taking my car to the dealership but bringing it here was enjoyable and efficient. I will be back!

You don't need to look elsewhere to get your car fixed. Great People just like a family. Someone that you can trust to work on your vehicle. Technicians that knows their stuff and explains clearly what the issues are on your vehicle and how much it will cost you before doing the work. They won't change a part if it does not need it but if it does you are notified even before doing so. This my type of HOME.

I first took my (Nissan Versa) to Nick in the summer to start a regular maintenance schedule beyond the dealership in Orleans. For starters, the location was perfect -- and the service: speedy. Next up, Nick changed my summer tires to winter tires. Again, top notch and speedy. I ran into my good friend there from the neighbourhood, and also referred my close neighbours to Dirienzo and Saikaley, so on that point -- I'm enjoying the "community" feel of "our local mechanic." Finally, and most recent as today, Nick took my calls about my dead car battery, explaining to me what to do (they were all out of batteries, so I had to purchase one). With assurances that they would fit me up with a new battery in no time, I boosted my dead car, went to see the guys, and --- WRONG BATTERY! Albert wrote for me on a piece of paper what the battery had to be, and he even took my call WHILE at the Canadian Tire (who had recommended the wrong battery), to coach me through purchasing the RIGHT battery! Of course, returning to Dirienzo and Saikaley for the battery change took no time at all, and Nick cautioned me to use gloves in handling the dead battery, and that I'm to return it to the Canadian Tire (where I get some money back, which I didn't know). Without hesitation, I would recommend Dirienzo and Saikaley for the expert work I've experienced so far; the knowledgeable recommendations and tips they've offered to date; the extra service like coaching me at the Canadian Tire so I can get the right parts; and, the trust and -comfort- I feel when they speak to me. They are expedient, and very focused at work, but they are gentlemen through and through who clearly know how to run a business that is solid on client-service customer relations, and most of all -- knowing how to keep you safe in a car that works right.

The XPEL prime CS would have been $269 plus tax but I prefer the ceramic. Their service was excellent and they did a fantastic job. I had gone in the day before and spoke with their staff just to get a quote and they came in less expensive than some of the places out there. After speaking with they installer, they seemed quite confident that they would be able to do a good job. When I picked up the car, I got it back cleaner than when I had dropped it off - I think that gave it a quick wash? I don't know but it looked really good. They recommended that I not open the windows till the install had cured and even took the extra step to put a sticker on the window buttons. Overall- good experience and happy with the work!

Three of my cars have been tinted by Auto Trendz and I highly recommend their work. HOWEVER, be aware... should you have issues with the tint after a number of years (6 years in my case), you will discover quickly that AutoTrendz is not a certified LLUMAR installer... which means they will not HONOUR the lifetime warranty on the product. Basically after 6 years, big bubbles started to appear in the rear window on my car... so it appears that the adhesive is failing. This SHOULD be covered by warranty as the product has a lifetime warranty... but all AutoTrendz is willing to do for me is to offer a discounted rate for removal and re-application... of $200. $100 for removal, and $100 to re-apply. Shocking considering I paid $300 in 2015 to have the ENTIRE car tinted. I contacted LLUMAR directly and that is when I discovered that only one or two places in town are authorized LLUMAR installers and AutoTrendz is not one of them.

I have always wanted to find a mechanic that I could really trust and who would not talk down to me. Obviously I also wanted to find someone who would not charge me for work that I did not need to be done. For many years I went to the dealer instead of an independent garage but I gradually understood that the dealer was going by charts that show typical repairs for a car of a certain age. Because of this, I was getting some repairs that were typically required for a car of my type but not necessarily for my particular car. My neighbour recommended Robin at SMRO as she had found his work to be excellent and his attitude very respectful. I started using SMRO as my garage about 18 months ago and I am happy to highly recommend it. The repairs that I have had have been quickly and economically performed and it is always a pleasure to deal with Robin. I don't believe that the negative review on Yelp is from a genuine SMRO customer.

But they had the car I wanted, so I decided to try them again. I liked the Crosstrek and bought it. Joe was a good salesman. First thing is that they added a tire protection plan to my bill without explaining it to me or even asking. I asked about it and Joe said that it could not be removed. I finally got the $338 removed from my bill. The cleaning of the car on delivery was poor. There is a serious ding on the hood that shows right through to the bare steel. Most importantly, the car was advertised as having "remote engine starter" which to me meant that I could start the car remotely. When I realized I didn't have the started fob and asked them, they said that this feature was only available through an app and a subscription to Starlink. I then needed a smart phone to operate it. Which I don't have. Also, I only found out about the one-year trial subscription to Starlink through my own investigation. They didn't mention it. Bonan Wang did help me with the subscription. They failed to resolve my issue with the remote starter and no longer respond to my emails. The last email response I received from Thomas B, the sales manager, was this string of letters sdgfredgserdfg. I like my "new-to-me" Crosstrek, but the dealership was below par on service.
