This was the nicest and cleanest laundromat I've ever been in with clean, comfortable seating and lots of folding tables. Most of the time just talking about how miserable they are and how much the owner sucks. Today I was in and went to use the bathroom and found out the door doesn't lock on the outside. I locked it from the inside and even tested it. Was using the bathroom when a person just barged in on me. Like what if it was early in the AM and a big guy did that and SA'd me? All because the bathroom door doesn't lock on the outside. it's extremely sketchy. Went another time and 2 old guys were there fixing machines and kept watching me and watching me fold my underwear. It really got their rocks off looking at my underwear and trying to look down my shirt. After the bathroom incident today I'm never going back. That place isn't safe for a female.

It was thrown into a machine with regular clothes and treated no differently than a regular cotton tee. Very distressing. I can't be certain that they caused it but they didn't fill me with confidence when I spoke to them about it. They actually showed no concern at all for how the item was handled. I don't even know if they know what gray and cashmere is. The blossom Road location told me I might have better luck at their location when the owner is around. I like to think that maybe I caused the tear myself by accident by not being careful. I'm going to go to Eagles in Penfield just to be safe because this whole situation was really upsetting for me. The shirt costs too much for the business to replace. I should have documented the condition of the shirt before sending it in. I'm going to have my special clothing cleaned elsewhere to be safe.
