Found several outfits to do painting or powder coating and best comms came from Finish Logic so went w/ them. Dropped off the wheels and had a new set of tires drop-shipped to them. I was anxious during the short wait... da Work: After getting a look at my wheels and stripping it down to bare metal, they noticed a dent and small crack on one of the wheels and gave me the options w/ clear info. They suggested sourcing another wheel and that they would wait on it or they could do a dent & crack repair and roll the dice that it balances. Should've listened to them; that wheel couldn't balance. When I went to get an alignment and re-balance the tires, they confirmed an issue with one wheel, showing a little wobble at 80mph. da Service: Great comms from start to finish, quick turn-around, and quality work. Due to supply chain issues the color I wanted wasn't available. Tim showed me what he had in stock and I ended up choosing a black and grey "hammertone" finish. It came out even better than I hoped for. The color was awesome and the hammertone gives it a cool finish. So glad I went with this color/finish. The price couldn't be beat and the turn around time was quick. I will definitely be back. Side note: The place is a little tricky to find. You cannot see it from the road. Pull into the 7-11 parking lot and work your way around back. Behind Custom Fireside and the old Alley Katz club.

He had me bring the piece by and he showed real interest in it. His knowledge was so helpful and he also gave me a lot of tips on refinishing it, should I decide to. John knows tons of people in the industry, which is very helpful. I came back a day later and he had gone above and beyond welding the loose pieces. He had found about 5 other weak spots and fixed them. Pfunder Metalwerks is the best - I would look no further for excellence in welding. I found the price a bit high...but I suppose that's what ceramic-coating costs. The result? Excellent job, not only are they are now more protected from rust, but they looks much cooler painted black. Gotta give them five stars for the end result, despite the cost.

I called Tyler and realized how nice and professional he is he right away told me he'd take care of it, my wheel was painted with regular spray paint and even though that's not his expertise he said he'd figure it out so he got to it then later he called me and said the wheel was almost finished but him being and true expert and professional said he was not happy with the results because he likes to turn it really perfect profesional work so he offered me a deal I could not refuse and suggested to powder coat all my wheels instead of spray paint which will get damaged in the future due to cheap quality we agreed on an unbelievable deal and I could not be happier with the results which are night and day, the quality, the friendliness, the service, the results are what separate his work from others so if you are looking to powder coat wheels or other items Tyler is your guy I could not be happier with his work I definitely recommend him and his work. These guys sandblast your item down to bear metal, which removes all of the rust, old paint, dirt, whatever may have accumulated on the surface. Then they powder coat it using an electrostatic process. This produces an excellent looking finish that is extremely durable. There are an overwhelming number of color choices, too, including metallics and textured as well as matte and glossy. I had a patio table and chairs done as well as some metal potted plant holders. I've been extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and their pricing.
