The next morning (day of viewing) there was an e-mail from Beckie telling me they were out of Peace Lilies and would I like a different plant. I called and we talked for about 10 mins and decided a grouping of different plants. She promised they would be funeral appropriate. She also promised that the planter would be delivered in time for the 5 PM viewing. Later that day I got a call from her. She want to add some cut flowers for color. I told her that I'd bow to her expertise. Instead of the single Peace lily plant I basically ordered last minute, I got a handcrafted personal arrangement.
