A man outside said, 'sorry we are closed'.. Looking bewildered and mentioning the time (again 440p) we told him that we live an hour and a half away and that it was our wedding anniversary, and his response 'ohhhhh no'.. No explanation as to why he closed a full 20+ minutes early (he was already outside and getting into his truck) nor an offer to open up for the final 20 minutes; then he got in his truck and left. Will be reporting this to the Illinois Antique Association, as that's the shop guide we followed for the day. To keep this shop in your pamphlet is an immense disservice to those using it!

As expected, the shop has a lot of greeting cards and due to the timing of my visit, was discounting a lot of Christmas items at 75% off! They also carry a variety of games and puzzles and even have a Vera Bradley section for ladies. The staff were very friendly and offered to help me find anything but otherwise, let me browse. Plenty of parking in the shared lot even though there are some larger shops in the plaza. Review #3576
