The adjuster didn't want to send me to my original doctor even though he was in the system. She referred me to Dr. Kam. After reading the reviews on Yelp! I feared the worst. Boy, was I wrong! His office was very friendly and professional. Had me in for x-rays before I could finish my paperwork. After that I was escorted to an examination room where the PA saw me immediately. Next Dr. Kam came in and he was very pleasant and professional. Asked why I didn't see my original doctor and I told him the adjuster felt he was "crazy expensive." He just shook his head. Read the X-rays, examined my shoulder, and complemented the original doctor for doing a nice job. He reassured me that I had just strained a muscle. I was on my way and felt relieved! Follow up in a month to make sure I'm healing properly. So, the Doctor was great, the staff was very pleasant and the only negative thing I have to say about my experience was that the parking lot is a nightmare. And I'm very selective about who I let treat me! Five stars!

I was shocked, as I had no prior knowledge of this debt and was unable to pay on the spot. The staff informed me that I could not see the doctor unless I settled the amount, leaving me no choice but to walk away. This experience made it clear that the focus is on money rather than patient care. I would not recommend this establishment.

PART ONE I had to…read moresplit this up into THREE parts in order to share my whole story. The other two parts will be in the review section for Dr. Roush on Google and on yelp and anywhere else I can share this. Please find them here to read everything. People need to know what this office is like. This was the most disturbing, unprofessional experience I've ever had with a medical office in my life. I was a patient of Dr. Roush and underwent a micro discectomy surgery with him (a microdiscectomy) four months ago. I'm still in severe pain, I still have no feeling in large parts of my leg, and my body feels more broken than it did before the surgery. At my consultation, Dr. Roush told me I'd be "running in a few weeks." I now struggle to walk at a normal pace, let alone live my life the way I used to. I was not going to even leave a review until I called about a follow up appointment and a horrific interaction occurred with the manager of the office. I was denied a second follow-up appointment and barred from the office completely because of something that can only be described as deeply unethical and quite frankly insane. I called while I was at church to ask questions about why I was being charged $350 for a follow-up, given how bad my surgery went and the fact that Dr. Roush never even saw my final MRI. I am still dealing with so many issues from the procedure. I was transferred to the office manager, an individual who, from the second he picked up the phone was literally the closest thing that I can describe as a demon, he was rude and outrageously unprofessional, let me explain what I went through in this moment. Before I could even ask a question I was verbally attacked on the phone. Word for word, he said: "I spoke to your emergency contact, and you are a HORRIBLE, NASTY person." Yes you read that right... the staff member in the office that I JUST had a spinal surgery done at decided to tell me that I'm a "horrible, nasty person". Nobody in my life would say something like that about me, so imagine my surprise, while I'm on the phone trying to ask a question about a follow up and I hear a random employee at my surgeons office say this to me. My emergency contact and I are no longer friends because he committed 3 felonies against me and is going to jail for doing so. I determined that because of his hostility he must clearly have a personal connection the person I set as an emergency contact back in February, before my surgery. This person (my former emergency contact) is currently facing three felony charges for crimes against me, including cyberstalking and revenge porn. He has nothing to do with my medical situation and should not have been contacted under any circumstances whatsoever, especially since there was no emergency and the surgery was four months ago. So once I determine that the person I'm speaking with on the phone clearly has to have some sort of personal connection with this individual that I once knew. (Because that would literally be the only explanation as to why he would be acting so emotional and erratic right now to a patient literally sounded like he was shaking and stuttering so much, like he was getting heated.) I recently had a lumbar microdisectomy surgery done by Dr roush back in April and I've had nothing…read morebut issues since prior to having the surgery I had asked the doctor Is this going to help me and he told me his own words 100% after the surgery you will feel better needless to say the surgery came and went and I did not feel better after the surgery we did three more procedures because he was telling me I was under a lot of inflammation that was causing the pain that did not help we did another procedure to numb the nerve because now he's saying the inflammation is gone but you're having pain because the nerve is irritated so we did that procedure a week after I started to feel a little better All the pain came back or the symptoms came back I went back to the doctor and now he's telling me I need a bilateral l1 and S3 procedure done we set it up he told me he wasn't going to charge me that he will not leave me in this situation in all this pain I am 38 years old I can't move I can't work I'm not eating needless to say The surgery center called me to schedule it for Friday at 6:45 in the morning then the next day I got a call from the doctor's office to surgicalcoordinator called me and tells me that I have to pay $5,000 to have the procedure I said to her that I was told I wasn't getting charged for this and I was also told by the lady at the desk I wasn't getting charged for this like we've been doing. The next day comes I get a phone call from Eric the office manager now he's telling me I was misinformed that it's going to be an upwards of 15 to 20,000 then he tells me the doctor says just I go to a chronic pain specialist I turned around and I told them that I am going to a chronic pain doctor so I turn around and I said so you're telling me the doctor's washing his hands with me oh no I didn't say that but he suggesting you need to see a chronic pain doctor I said okay thank you and I hung up the phone now I am being told that they won't even see me I paid out of pocket 17,000 because they did not accept my insurance so I canceled my insurance then they try to use that against me and I said to them when they told me oh we don't you don't have insurance so we can't see you I turned around and I said you never took my insurance that's why I paid out of pocket $17,000 they do not care about their patients they only see dollars and they don't know what the hell they are doing in that office do yourself a favor and stay away from them that I had to get in touch with a doctor in New York that did my surgery when I was younger and I had no issues so now I got to take off from work buy a plane ticket and fly from Florida to New York to go to a doctor because the doctor that I went to here that has 5 degrees couldn't do his job stay away from them..... And on top of all this when I did the surgery back in April I had a drive almost 2 hours from where I live to the Deerfield surgical center after the surgery he didn't even give me any pain medicine that driving home I had to have my family pull over every 5 minutes to get out of the car it was the worst feeling ever!!!!!!! They don't even deserve half a star

Came here for my baby as she keeps up throwing up all the time…read more When we walked in, the place is busy all day. So I guess it must be a good practice right? I met Dr Seth who was very nice, young guy. Probably knows the new ways of holistic. So we went into his room, which is made for a child. It's got the toys, the colors etc. it's welcoming for a baby/child. So Dr Seth, does not adjust a baby the way you would or I. He, like moves her in positions so the body would adjust itself I guess? But no manipulation! Anyway, Baby seems to be better but not cured yet. 1 leg was lower then the other and her hip was rotated. But my baby is worth it ! Baby is still throwing up but it's less. Hoping for it to stop. Thanks Dr Seth.

It has been over a decade since I've needed chiropractic care. Recently needed help & a coworker…read moresuggested Dr. Perrin. First visit, they suggested using my insurance due to an xray. The following visits were cheaper to pay their visit price vs my copay. Dr. Perrin sat down & asked about my concerns. An xray was taken. He reviewed the xray with me then did the adjustment. He advised that about 4 visits & I should be back to feeling great. He did suggest maintenance visits after if I chose to. Dr. Perrin listens to your concerns & takes his time at your visit to make sure you are adjusted correctly. The Staff is also pleasant when checking you in & out. The office is busy but they do their best to meet your scheduling needs. They do offer a few late appointments a few days a week. I have see many infants & toddlers there for visits so this office does offer care for younger patients. Overall, a great practice!
