Noticed several other issues I had while he was here, one a light in basement, and the other water faucet leaking, he did not try to add things to run the bill up, which I appreciated. The basement was redone sue to a leak less than a year ago, so I was very thankful he saw, told me, and took care of issues that should have been done before.
