Robin's Nest was my daughter's entry into (pre)school- and I could not have had a better experience. There was a slight mix of ages, which was great for my daughter to experience as an only child-one year it was like having older siblings and then she was the big sister! Rebecca (owner) & Hope gave me so much support as a new parent; they were completely in tune with my child. I asked for & welcomed their spot-on/invaluable feedback b/c I could see they were right; their guidance+advice and the time at Robin's Nest absolutely helped my child to develop into a magical little being. My son attended Robin's nest for two full years of preschool, and we could not have dreamed of a more supportive, loving environment for him. Miss Rebecca, the owner, truly seemed to love our son and "get" him so much that she felt like family. In fact, her perceptive, nurturing care for our son alongside her endless patience and compassion for us as his parents created such a strong connection that we still think of her as family several years later. Looks are deceiving on this one for sure! Everything looks great 5 acres plenty of area to play nice looking classroom area decided to enroll my son in this after dropping him off a number of times and realizing that the teacher was completely checked out and the inside smelled like a cat box mixed with mold. With an absence of air purification and a complete lack of communication from the staff only after we decided to pull our child out was I informed that he was having some behavioral issues that supposedly were getting better and that he needed to stay and that we needed to pay more money. Rebecca the owner harassed us to pay the rest of the month continually texting and calling told her I would split the difference as was trying to leave on good terms however I did the math my son was there for five days we paid over $500 for basically him playing in their yard I would not recommend the school to anybody! the website looks great everything looks good but it's not and the owner is completely unprofessional. I never like writing a bad review but the school unfortunately earned it do yourself a favor and keep your kids away! read more
