Replaced the fuse and drove the truck 1,300 miles back to Michigan with no problems. The wires had corrosion build up on them, so I can see where Armando would have blindly diagnosed it as a wiring and starter issue. However, as a technician myself, I know the first thing you do is check the fuses related to the electrical issue you are experiencing. Hence, the reason I questioned Armando about the fuses in the first place. Fact of the matter is, a simple fuse would have been the fix to get the truck back to my shop in Michigan. It would have cost me less than $200. Small mistakes create large problems. Owning up to those mistakes is not always easy. However, when the evidence is put right in front of you and you stand on pride instead of righteousness, the problem then becomes even bigger. I'm at peace with the ignorance of your "technician". It was a valuable lesson for me. I paid $1,384.90 for this lesson. The only good to come of this, I learned from my mistake. Have a great evening.

When we got to the shop we were greeted by the service writer Ginger Reynolds, explained to her what noise we were hearing as well as an air leak somewhere...she was very knowledgeable of what may be the problem! Sure enough she was correct,it was the leveling valve that wasn't working as well as some other leaks on the air tank! The shop mechanics and parts dept(sorry we didn't get their names) they were very friendly and very customer oriented that not only did they squeeze us into the shop today and fix our problem, but we purchased 2-legacy leather seats and had them replaced/installed!
