When we got to the shop we were greeted by the service writer Ginger Reynolds, explained to her what noise we were hearing as well as an air leak somewhere...she was very knowledgeable of what may be the problem! Sure enough she was correct,it was the leveling valve that wasn't working as well as some other leaks on the air tank! The shop mechanics and parts dept(sorry we didn't get their names) they were very friendly and very customer oriented that not only did they squeeze us into the shop today and fix our problem, but we purchased 2-legacy leather seats and had them replaced/installed! The one owner I know in the dealership is so nice. Yes Vic. I am talking about you. The few people from the home office I have dealt with are friendly and helpful. The Managers and Supervisors in the Abilene location are good people too. Abilene has a NEW location and building, and it is awesome! Huge! Beautiful! Inviting! Inside the main sales area sit the original CW truck, and another older work truck that has also been renovated. Mechanics. Can you say "Aah! Air conditioning in the shop!"? Huge ceiling fans to circulate the air! Nice break room with a tv included. And more! This new Lone Star Truck Company building is their pilot shop. They are now working on their 2nd new shop in... This place is more convenient for truckers to stop in at since it is right off highway 20 and FM 600. Oh, you want to check it out? Well! October 26, 2017 is the company grand opening to the public. 4-8PM. There will be food, freebies, and even face painting and more for the kiddos! Come on out and see the business and meet all the wonderful people that make this place so great! Apply for a job! Get your big rig scheduled for a tuneup AND a wash! We told them we had to be somewhere so if we can just get the keys and close out the ticket. We would be on our way. They continued to not be accommodating. Will not be back!!

Was given a copy of inspection from Travis auto group, and said they rushed inspection so they can get me the truck. I never asked them to rush the inspection. If it needed fixed it should've been fixed. Turns out there was a lot of things that needed to be fixed. Oil leaks, cooler lines, transmission shutter, input shaft, and I found out later on that they covered all the rock chips in just basic white paint instead of the paint that match the truck. Their shop (4M/Jay from Miers) upon arrival even said "we never inspected this truck." but did a thorough inspection, fixed everything but the transmission, and all they did was put shutter stop in it, instead of fixing it right. Told me that if the shutter stop didn't fix it, They would replace it. I told them it should've been replaced before I ever picked it up. But then they tried to put it back on me because the transmission did go out. I ended up having to pay for it. The entire year I've had this truck I've had to pour money into it. And now the truck doesn't even run right. It's a yard ornament. I owe $24,000 on a truck that doesn't run right at all. They used me for a sale, two sales managers laughed in my face, and tried to manipulate conversation (that I recorded) and I recorded every conversation and interaction I had. And I'm about to go public with all of it. I've recorded every conversation with the sales manager, Everybody in Miers I interacted with, And even Rolando. They admitted to rushing the inspection, and lying about everything they said. It's also pretty sad whenever the Jay at Miers said "they should've never sold you this truck." Thanks a lot!
