Now, we are on regular bi-yearly visits and I couldn't be more pleased with the practice. Everyone is always friendly. Oh and I called to lodge a complaint over the phone and my request was supposed to have been upgraded to one of their senior complaint supervisors who was supposed to call me, which never happened.
