I called to rent a scooter for a trip to Biltmore, N.C. the recommended place was not yet open…read moreafter Hurricane Helene. I spoke to Ashley who was lovely. I explained when I needed it delivered to my hotel exactly. it didn't arrive, I called Brandon was absolutely rude, said " I couldn't read your mind about when you wanted it. what do you expect." I told him it was on the order exactly. He agreed to deliver it. We drove it to the bus at the curb. it never started again. We left it at hotel, asked Brandon to come. He came, replaced battery , I asked him to wait 15 minutes until I got to hotel to demonstrate how to use it. He refused. He responded to my complaint "This ain't no valet service. I can't stand around here. The next morning (it remained plugged in all night). It ran long enough to put on bus, but when we got to Black Mountain it wouldn't start. Following his instructions my bus driver removed and reset the battery to no avail. I asked Brandon to come get it and bring another cart. He says he returned to hotel and it was working fine. I said obviously we need instruction on using. He refused. So I paid for 2 days, never got to use it. He agreed to refund half (one day) rental. I think it is time to call American Express for assistance. I don't recommend this business.

Twice I have been told that two different compounded prescriptions for my cat would be ready on a…read morecertain day, and twice they have not been ready. And to make the situation more egregious, the pharmacy never bothered to call or text to say the medicines would not be available as promised; I had to call them. The prescriptions are for my cat who has a heart condition and has hyperthyroidism. Some sensitivity, much less professionalism, on Waters Wellness, hmm? I have dealt with The Compounding Pharmacy for 18 years for many of my cats, but the new ownership with Waters Wellness Compounding has lost my business. There are too many online options to have to continue using a pharmacy that promises one thing but yet does not deliver as stated. Unfortunately, my local dollars will now go elsewhere. Best of luck Waters - you might want to review your business acumen.
