I am a carpenter of over 20 years. This has been my dream for some time. Cut out the project managers, pay the guys who do the work fair wages while simultaneously saving the home owner money. The biggest secret in building is the 20% markup. The contractor takes the total cost of the job, materials and labor, and then they mark it up 20%. That’s not who we are. We believe we can all prosper from a job run the right way. No wasted time, no hidden expense, transparency in pricing and NO 20% markup!! That’s our promise to you the homeowner.
