In this home, from beginning to end, CPS did a great job on my roof. They replaced the roof in quick time with beautiful results. Roofing is a messy job and I still had the nails, the messy attic, and the broken flowers (from the tarps catching the old shingles). But overall, CPS was professional, kept the area tidy, and the end results look wonderful. No hidden upcharges or "found surprise problems" to deal with. I highly recommend not ever using these people…read more My parents hired them to build an enclosed deck my parents had to make 5 or 6 trips to Lowes to buy the material so someone must not know how to measure correctly or not know what they are doing. A $3000 job which only did about $800 worth of work my parents are still trying to fix it. My dad is a veteran and also on oxygen he should not have to be out there doing there job which he paid them to do. And let's get into the constant yelling and curse words. I'm trying to sit outside and unwind after work and I have to listen to this? And stealing my soda and water? All they had to do is ask and I would have been happy to give it to them. But what if I was renting and they stole my stuff? And how about leaving his garbage out of his truck? Really? And not picking up after themselves nails and screws everywhere. Oh and how about them breaking our dryer vent and him almost running me over trying to get out of the driveway? The guy he hired was never here he hired someone else to do the job. He never came and checked on them. My dad was calling this guy everyday 2 or 3 times a day trying to figure out if someone was coming to work on the porch. A job which was supposed to take 2 or 3 days turned into 4 or 5 weeks what? And it's still not done. Lucky was not me because I would have had my lawyer deal with it. Still might. And so much more I could go on and on.
