Only about 2 of the 8 or so gas pumps were actually working today. After I finally found a working pump, I went in and paid for gas only to find out the pump was so slow it only pumped a few gallons of gas in about 5 minutes. It was so slow I had to go in and get a refund for the rest of my prepaid gas and go elsewhere to fill the tank. This c-store needs major refurbishment. Also, they only sell 86, 89, and 90 octane. Many new cars require 91 octane to run well.

I've gone here dozens of times to work on my own car or to help out friends work on there's and every time has been a success. The mechanics there are friendly and there to help in anyway they can. The hours are great, open 6 days a week for the majority of the day. And the hourly rate to rent tools and a car bay is unbeatable and they have just about any tool you'll need to work on anything to do a simple oil change, replacing tires, or even resurfacing brake rotors. Don't bother bringing your car to a shop where you're unsure of the quality of the work being done and the cost of labor is ridiculous, get your hands dirty and save a ton of money doing the work yourself. You won't regret brining your car here.

They tell the first lie: they are taking it right in. Then I get a call about an hour later. Do I need the car at a specific time? I say, not exactly but not all day. What time are you thinking. Ohhhh, we will get back to you asap. Lie 2. That never happened. Three hours later I call. Told it will def be done in 2 hours and they will call. Lie 3. You keeping count? Call again twice two hours later. Told I will call you back in 10 mins. Lie 4. Do you think it's over? Nahhh, I only get them on the phone when they are trying to upsell me on things they have no idea about as I'm a new customer, so recommending work based on ether. Then comes the last lie of the day. Lie 5: will call. you back in 10 mins to give you a time to pick it up. Alas, not a word. I get in an uber to get to them before 5:30....so basically 8 hours for an oil change at this point. My car is outside with the few things in the passenger seat thrown onto the dashboard (water bottle, tissue box, hand sanitizer). Never got a call. Just checked out without one word of apology or one honest statement about what created the backup other than 'we've had a busy day' so apparently appointments are meaningless. Hopefully the actual car service does not align with their hideous customer service. A new low for auto repair. Just staggering lack of courtesy.

We took our Chrysler 300 for a routine…read moreradiator flush and while driving on I-40 through Tucumcari the skid plate was not attached and was dragging under the car. The the radiator wasn't flushed right and the car started to overheat. We were almost stranded but a local mechanic later helped out and attached the skid plate and got the excess air out of the radiator. A month later the thermostat blew and the cause was the radiator wasn't flushed right. Advoid this place their bad news.

I called Charles at Reedy Tire after consulting with two other repair shops. I explained to all…read morethree I had a code reader. Charles was the only one that would not charge me a diagnosis fee. One shop, even though I knew it was a #4 engine misfire, insisted they spend an hour running a diagnostic test to see if it were an injector or something else....for $127! Charles replaced the damaged spark plug (cause of the misfire), the spark plug boot and an oil change for $111. I couldn't be more pleased....
