Being a Certified Arborist which is very important, he put my mind at ease that the job would be done professionally. Clean up was not only beautiful on our property but he also made sure to get all the cuttings from the inside of the tree. Tree Lion's price was very reasonable and Sven was great to work with. Really not ideal conditions to work in. They gave me service, sending out someone to go over what had to be done. It did take awhile before they gave me a quote, but that was because they came back for another look. As it was muddy, I agreed to call them when conditions improved. When I called they were out the next day. They cut the trees cleaned up the vines and trimmed my maple tree. The price was more than fair, and the guys did not tear my lawn up. They cleaned everything and had nine trees down in one day. It took awhile due to the weather, but they were worth the wait. Thanks Scott and Brenda.

The problem is that they run through a call service. The number the arborist/estimator contacts you from is a no response text. My husband and I weren't happy with the total outcome of the job and wanted someone to come and look at it. Called twice was told the first time the arborist would be there the next day to look at it. He never showed or called. Called again days later. This time the call service told my husband the arborist would call him back to discuss what we felt wasn't done. Never heard from them again. Except via email to repost the invoice to get paid. Won't be using them again. After posting this review on Google reviews they contacted us multiple times. My husband had already spent two full days cleaning up their mess. They should have contacted us back when we had called repeatedly not when they saw the review. That is not how it should work!

Than there are crews that really seem to know what they are doing and spread mulch at least 2 to 3 inches thick. The crew that works without dumping mulch always spreads it paper thin when the other crews who dump piles correctly are watching out for plants and appear to be very aware of what is going on around them. It is give or take depending on the crew and the foreman on the job.
