Despite having to run around and delegate a thousand responsibilities, resolve issues, and make sure every child remains safe, she somehow stills finds time to help with the little things like moving a prop off stage or helping someone do their hair before performing. I can't imagine many owners doing the same if "all they care about is taking your money." One thing that continues to inspire me about Ms. Debbie is her strength. She is not one to easily pass off responsibilities because she wants to ensure that every aspect of recital weekend (and throughout the year) runs smoothly and as fair as possible. Taking on the challenge of this chaotic weekend and the months of preparation leading up to it is no easy task!! Lastly, Ms. Debbie is so well-loved; she graciously passes on her passion for dance to every student she encounters. I am always in awe by how many students come up to her on a daily basis saying that they miss her and love her. Some of these students she has never even had before!
