I had a wisdom tooth extracted (at 59 years old), and everything from the pre-visit registration, the consultation, the surgery and post op instructions were clear, professional and extremely thorough examining every part of my mouth, teeth and jaw. The staff called upon receiving the referral from my dentist to have the tooth removed to schedule an appointment proactively, and explained that they do not take insurance but will submit a claim on your behalf should you provide your insurance info. They provided an estimate that I thought was very reasonable, including IV sedation, and I knew my insurance deductible and coverage would probably not cover much. The dental assistant that worked with the Dr. was super kind and thorough. She gathered my husbands name and contact info, my pharmacy, allergies and other details and wrote them on a whiteboard in the room. All the details! So efficient but lots of time spent with me to give me top notch care. I am so grateful!

When the office manager looked at my benefits, she said it would cost approximately $189.00 So I agreed to set the appointment and have the preventative care done. In January I received an additional bill for $274.50! When I asked several times for them to rectify this situation, they denied any compromise besides spreading out the payments. I would have never had the preventative fillings done if they had said it would be $463.50! Very poor information (and that's their job) and no ownership for misleading information.

Dr. Flonta has been managing my mouth full of unfortunate surprises for three years. Crowns, implants, deep cleans, root canals ... the works. I've been very pleased with the quality of work and the overall cost. She's as good a dentist as I've ever had in all my years of big city life. I trust her judgement implicitly.
