About 4 months ago I came in as a new patient due to needing a cleaning badly. While I was happy I was going to get seen I was frustrated that I didn't get the cleaning the website told me I was expected to get the first time and I had to skip an important class the next day. Other than that first hiccup the doctors and staff has been incredible. I got some filling cavity work done today and in the past I had a really bad experience so my anxiety was high. After explaining this to both the tech and Dr. Reimers and the techs were INCREDIBLE at assuring me about everything and guiding me through the process as they went! No pain or anything and it was so quick! The staff here is incredible overall!

Dr. Flonta said there were three teeth that could use some preventative fillings. When the office manager looked at my benefits, she said it would cost approximately $189.00 So I agreed to set the appointment and have the preventative care done. In January I received an additional bill for $274.50! When I asked several times for them to rectify this situation, they denied any compromise besides spreading out the payments. I would have never had the preventative fillings done if they had said it would be $463.50! Very poor information (and that's their job) and no ownership for misleading information.
