My son is just telling me the bracket they're crying about was loose at his appointment and the dental assistant removed it. They didn't speak a word to me about it and then waited until after they put the wire in, asking him what color rubber bands etc to have the manager come and ask to talk to me. This is the 3rd time this has happened, the first two times they didn't notify there were any broken brackets and every time they try not to take any blame in it and threaten to take them out.
