My daughter started seeing this orthodontist last summer for braces, and the experience has been…read morephenomenal. As a parent, I typically dread any type of medical or dental appointment because, in my experience, we are often blindsided by unknown costs and long wait times. However, this office has completely changed my perspective. The staff, especially the front office team, are incredibly kind and responsive. Every time I make an appointment, I can count on my daughter being seen very quickly upon arrival without long wait times. I also really appreciate how transparent they are about costs--there are no surprises, which is such a relief. One of the things I find most impressive is their availability. Despite being a busy office, they always seem to have appointments open. On several occasions when my daughter has broken a bracket or had a loose wire, I've been able to call and get her in as soon as the next day--or even the same day! This level of responsiveness and care is rare and so appreciated. Thank you to the entire team for making what can often be a stressful experience so seamless and positive. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an orthodontist!

I highly, highly recommend this office for any parent searching for pediatric dentistry. EVERY…read moresingle person at this office is so friendly and an absolute delight - with not just my toddler but me too! They have great patience, demeanor, and advice! Super clean and modern space - special "prizes" for kids. The waiting room has tablets for play while waiting and they give children balloons, stickers, and a prize (plus the regular dentist stuff - toothbrush, floss, paste). Most notable is the sincere care and quality of service - both the hygienist and dr were amazing! Plus, it's a HUGE added bonus that they make the experience not only tolerable but enjoyable for small children! 10/10!

The condition of the retainer caused some slight movement which caused need for bottom braces again. This time it's been less than a year wearing them (April 2024 , with March 17 coming up as the final appointment) with no cost to me because of a recall on the wire. Dr. Mitchell has always taken care to precisely complete her work and now that she's moved on, the other doctors provide a the same level of excellent service. Youth as well as adults are recommended to receive treatment at this office.

My daughter received her braces on her upper teeth from Dr Bartlett in the fourth grade. I was…read moreimpressed that Dr Bartlett spent time with her to learn how she felt about her smile and what our goals were. Dr Bartlett only recommended what was needed to achieve those goals, which was one phase of treatment. We were never pressured to get more services than what was needed. My daughter is now a 12th grader and we are returning to Dr Bartlett to have her retainer replaced after 8 years of wear. The price is less than the quote received from her regular dentist for a replacement retainer. It's important for me to be able to trust that recommendations are based on what is actually needed and not on revenue. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking quality and caring customer service and support. The office staff are very courteous and professional.

At 11:13pm, I was called to the back. I don't think I've ever started my appointment on time. Due to continued issues with spacing post braces, I was told I needed to get metal retainer (aka wrap around) on my top teeth. They had to do a scan of my teeth. I was told it'd arrive in 2 weeks. This isn't covered by any insurance and it cost $150... I'm very annoyed because the space was there since I got my braces off and now I gotta pay that. The space is in the back. While not visible, food constantly gets stuck there, which is irritating.

My son is just telling me the bracket they're crying about was loose at his appointment and the dental assistant removed it. They didn't speak a word to me about it and then waited until after they put the wire in, asking him what color rubber bands etc to have the manager come and ask to talk to me. This is the 3rd time this has happened, the first two times they didn't notify there were any broken brackets and every time they try not to take any blame in it and threaten to take them out. It was very unprofessional to put the wire in and colors without asking me if I wanted them off since apparently they're not doing anything for him at this point. From the so called orthodontist herself down to every staff member that works there, they are rude and about money.
