    Robert did my trust in 2001 and did such a great job that now that I needed to get it updated I went back to have him do it.

She said your attorney did a great job and I did not need to start over. So rare to find someone so honest now-a-days! She said if I wanted to make a few tweaks, it would be cheaper to go back to the original attorney, so I only had to pay for the updates. I asked her if I can use the rest of the 30 minutes to ask her some generic questions and she took her time and answered all of my questions, she even explained their process and what I should look for in the future. In the end, I was looking for a reason to hire her. Highly Recommended!!! I will definitely keep her in mind in the future, if anything else comes up. Thank you again, it's nice to know customer service still exists.

    Trust Mill - Run! This company does not respond or follow the instructions of their clients. They…read morehave a cookie cutter blue print and the Trust is a template. Not anything original or personalized. Read all of the negative reviews. Every single response from this company Blames the client or the client's family instead of taking accountability and offering a real resolution - just as they do with everything else. They use high pressure sales and confusion to push their agenda (not what the client wants - they do the easiest for the company with a cut and paste template you can get online). They have a lot of great FB ads but they don't provide what they promise. The best response they give is that the upset writer should contact them to resolve. The problem is by the time the client gets so angry being ignored by their unethical actions, they have already tried multiple attempts to have some response from the company. You will only get a call with an attorney on your first call so they can basically reel you in and close the sale, or when you try to terminate their representation for not fulfilling their obligations! Otherwise you will only speak to a "Concierge" not even a Paralegal - a receptionist with a fancy title! Look up what a "Trust Mill" is and see how it resonates with this company. Then check for Barr Association and other documented complaints.
