We were persuaded by Michelle that this would "expedite" the proceedings and were never advised that we were excellent candidates for a paralegal to handle our case since there was no dispute. Sitting in this office was worse than sitting in a yellow taxi in traffic as the meter continued to run even as the office made continuous mistakes, we were ultimately charged. We were billed $300 + per hour with no regard for efficiency and billing errors and we are approx 3k into our children's college money!
