As Bad as things went with, loss of money and time, I was fooled by them being very nice and it really makes you want to trust them. I Did ! Im leaving my time with this firm with NO legal forms done? need to hire someone else? and down a lot of money! worse then when I arrived? I retained them for a three page execution paper that had to be filed, then I had to send to sheriff.*** I expressed how important this was to me and asked if I could call the court to check on progress, was told NO they will keep checking. First and foremost the process/court took 3-Months and was returned being done on Wrong Forms and sent to Wrong Court. So Lost Money and Time!! But that was not the worst! Surprise the bill came for 1-month, was $2,000.00.!!!!!!! As I reviewed it I was sick and upset 50% of bill was dates of Research and Review by Mr. Evans, silly as papers were done wrong. I contacted them with a demand to be fair and return on days billed for research since clearly there was NONE, But they declined so off to State Bar We GO!! I have to do this as future clients need to watch there bill for this silly Research and Review Billing??
