I found Kylie Fletcher through my Metlife legal plan at work to put together a Family Trust. Right away Kylie was very clear and communicative. We easily scheduled a introductory meeting and she was able to answer all our questions. We decided to work with her office. Kylie made the drafting process extremely easy. Shortly after the drafting process we were able to schedule Kylie's mobile notary, Kaytie, to come by and sign the draft. Kaytie was on time and had everything taken care of in under 30 min. Overall Fletcher Law is professional and efficient. I highly recommend using them for your estate planning. read more

Lax and unresponsive Did work comprising multiple documents. Provided scans of the documents in a PDF. But one of the documents was missing. Doesn't respond to phone calls for days if at all. I think this is just a part time hobby for her. read more

Kylie helped me draft my living trust for the 1st time. I had no knowledge of any aspects of it. She answered questions and made suggestions for the the type pf documents that would best match what I was looking for. Her process was thorough, informative, concise, and very helpful. The whole process was completed within a month and was incredibly simple. The end result was a binder with all of the documents, notarized and recorded with the County. We approached Fletcher Law looking to establish family estate plan and living trust. Since we were private clients, and didn't have any corporate insurance affiliates, we were skeptical to begin with. But then, Kylie put us at ease from day one communicating very clearly and educating us what needs to be done at each stage, explaining the timelines, key things to watch out for, so and so forth. We had a laundry list of questions and scenarios, which she patiently answered and guided us with suggestions to best address all the scenarios we had in mind. Her expertise gave us confidence to go through this process, and establish the trust. We highly recommend her firm. Kaytie, the notary who works with Kylie was such a pleasant person to work with as well. She was welcome break from recent notaries we had worked with. It was such a fun and knowledgeable banter for wife and me during the whole signing process on Sunday morning! She proved notarizing doesn't have to be boring " sign-date + rinse-repeat" !! She was also knowledgeable of the process, explaining what things meant, and very flexible with scheduling. read more

We worked with Kylie for estate planning, specifically to form a family trust. We liked that she is incredibly organized and has excellent communication skills, as we had many questions along the way. Since we have a busy schedule, we really appreciated that our meetings were flexible, either in person at her office or online via Microsoft Teams. Kylie is incredibly experienced, and she took the time to systematically walk us through the entire process and sent summaries after each meeting which were very helpful. When it came time for signing our trust documents, it was convenient having her mobile notary came to us to prepare the documents which later came in a professional binder as well as PDFs for easy access. Her services were covered by our employer ARAG insurance plan, so in the end we only paid minimal notary/county recording fees -- truly an incredibly value for fantastic service. We highly recommend working with Fletcher Law for estate planning, and we'll be back in the future should the need arise. read more

Recently, I worked with Fletcher Law (Attorney Kylie Fletcher) to establish a trust, and I am very satisfied with the service provided. Before choosing Fletcher law, I consulted several attorneys, as I did not have a strong understanding of the trust-creation process. During our first meeting, Kylie thoroughly educated us on what a trust is, the overall process, and the advantages and disadvantages. After that discussion, we felt confident moving forward with Fletcher Law. The entire process was smooth and well-organized. Kylie clearly explained expectations at each stage and ensured we understood what was required from us. She was professional, punctual, and very detail-oriented. What we especially appreciated: 1. Appointments were always on time and scheduled well in advance. 2. Kylie clearly explained the process, what to expect at each stage, and how payments were handled. 3. She carefully reviewed all information with us to ensure accuracy once it was provided. 4. We were given ample time to review documents and ask questions, and all of our questions were thoroughly answered. Kaytie, who assisted us with notarizing our signatures, was punctual, well-organized, and very helpful in answering all of our questions. Overall, we were very pleased with Fletcher Law. If there is one minor downside, it is that it can be difficult to secure an appointment on short notice--sometimes requiring a wait of more than a month. However, this is understandable given her expertise and the high demand for her services. I highly recommend Fletcher law for anyone who is looking to establish a trust. read more

Kylie amended a trust for my mother and provided her with the utmost respect and care. My mother can tend to have quite a bit of anxiety and it can be tricky getting her to open up and feel comfortable around people at times. My mom felt Kylie was honest and sincere, and that she wanted the best for my mom. Schedule-wise, Kylie was flexible and offered both in-person and virtual meetings, which helped out tremendously. We just finished a living will and trust with Kylie, and the experience was excellent. Prior to finding Kylie, we had worked with another lawyer and ultimately didn't complete the Trust with that lawyer as the lawyer made the process confusing. So, it was a breath of fresh air to work with Kylie. Kylie is responsive, friendly, detail oriented, and very knowledgeable... basically everything you would want in a family trust lawyer. She made the process a breeze and talked us through every question we had. The process with Kylie is as follows: 1. Intro meeting - discuss the process of Trust creation and find out specifics of your particular situation 2. Design meeting - detailed discussion of specifics of your trust 3. Review meeting - review trust document after she has completed it 4. Signing with a Mobile Notary 5. Funding meeting - Kylie outlines how to transfer your items (house, bank accounts, etc.) into the trust. The process took around 1.5 month from start to end. In addition, she is responsive by email for questions in addition to the above, and willing to schedule additional meetings as needed. Overall, I would highly recommend Kylie for any family trust issue. read more
