While the NP and PA are nice, it's difficult for me to build the same level of trust and connection with them as I have with Dr. Stybel over the past 20 years. It can also be frustrating to have to see different healthcare providers each time I visit the office. I am grateful for the care I have received from Dr. Stybel, but I do miss the consistency and familiarity of seeing her regularly.

We have had this appointment scheduled for a month. Her insurance hasn't changed. The office has had her insurance information since she made the appointment. They could have called us at any point prior to 9:25am today and we could seek care elsewhere. The front desk staff are completely incompetent and unprofessional. This is a practice that needs to be absorbed by a bigger hospital organization and ensure competent patient care.
