I really wanted to have a better experience with Dr. Parshard because he does seem like a kind and…read morecaring doctor. Unfortunately, the practice feels very overwhelmed and understaffed. There's no nurse on-site, limited support staff, and appointments seem to get cancelled often due to scheduling issues or deliveries. The biggest frustration for me has been communication and follow-up. I've been trying for days to get my blood test results and keep getting passed around by the front desk with no clear answers or callback. At a certain point, it starts to feel like the office simply does not have enough support to properly manage patient care. I don't think the issue is Dr. Parshard personally; I think he's trying to do too much on his own. But as a patient, it's been frustrating and disappointing.

While the overall experience I've had visiting Mercy Personal Physicians at Glen Burnie has been…read moregood, this review is in regards to the lab work section of the office. In the three separate times I've visited to get my labs drawn, the woman working at that desk always seems annoyed with each person who approaches her. In my case, and what I believe is the standard case of each patient, we are told to go directly to the waiting room and wait for your name to be called since the labs are already in the system. On this occasion, two people did not follow those directions. The woman at the desk made a comment after the second person "ITS ALREADY STARTING". Unnecessary and rude. I approached her after she called my name and told her good morning, met with no response. I can speak for myself when I say, blood draws give me anxiety and I don't like them. Would it be so difficult to respond to the patient with a good morning? I expect so much more from Mercy, their Drs and nurses are phenomenal. They need to do better with their employees who work in the lab room..
