I wasn't in pain so I started to check out local dentist offices. I found Dr. Gray and liked what I saw on his web page and the reviews. I filled out an email from his home page and sent it in - this was on a Friday when the office was closed. I received a phone call a short time later from Dr. Gray - that in itself was surprising ... who does that anymore? He was very personable and caring on the phone. I discussed what I did and that it wasn't painful. He stated that if I was in pain he could meet me at the office (even though it was closed) more points for Dr. Gray. On Monday I visited the office and it is very clean, and everyone I met was professional and friendly. A nice comfortable atmosphere. Dr. Gray was great and replaced the missing filling I yanked out with floss - boy is my face red - he has a nice relaxed attitude and explained what he was doing. We discussed some other issues and I was on my way. The office is easy to find with parking in the rear of the building. I was extremely satisfied with the entire experience.

I ended up getting my wisdom tooth cut out and they made it very quick and painless. They have great hours of operations with no appointments needed which is great for a busy family man like myself. I've had wisdom teeth pulled at my "regular" dentist and this place was cheaper using the same insurance. I asked if they had regular patient and they told me they did. I'm pretty sure this is going to become my primary dentist now. One of the dentist had there dog Lola running around. Very friendly dog and for me at least it gave the place a real "homey" feel.

I have extremely sensitive teeth that usually required injections before they could be cleaned. But Collette actually had plastic tools for sensitive teeth. This was the first cleaning in 15 years that I did without numbing! Very social office, felt like I had been a client for years. Dr. Pendleton was very thorough, pointed out a few "trouble spots" that my CA dentist has had a watch on for years, and he agreed to keep watching them instead of pressure to get "extra" work done. Happily, his office takes both of our insurances. We were able to get back-to-back check-ups recently. Dr. Vargo took us each back for X-rays, exams and consultations. He explained what he was doing and was easy to talk to. He asked us about any dental issues we had and explained how he is a bit more laid back than perhaps other dentists, in that he only drills and fills if he is sure it's a cavity. He pointed to a couple of stains on my molars that others might interpret as cavities, but by scraping them with a dental pick, he could see these weren't cavities. I appreciate that he won't put me through the pain of fillings for no reason. My husband did have a cavity, though. He was able to get a return visit scheduled for the filling within about a week. We were able to each also schedule cleanings. I've already been back for mine. These slots do seem to fill up fast, though, so I'd recommend scheduling in advance. The desk clerk was very positive and friendly. And the location inside MidCity Mall makes it very convenient. You can even go grocery shopping afterward at ValuMarket if in need. Dr. Vargo also mentioned that his office has been open for close to 30 years. It's been WAY too long since I was last at a dentist -- like so long that I'm embarrassed by it -- so I'm happy that I now have a new dental home.

She hardly stays in the room for a minute and make her staff to work the rest and by herself start working on the other client. Everyone needs more money but not giving proper attention to patient is not acceptable. Well recently I had the service done by her, I have crowned my teeth my front teeth have a bridge that came off I got appointment with her to get fixed she hardly works 5 minutes on me , didn't clean the bridge or my teeth and just glue it back and charged $440 for less than five minutes service. Apparently that was a mistake she had done and after a month that bridge came off again I came to get it checked then she said because of some gaps in between the bridge and natural tooth some bacterial infection happened so my tooth had been broken and have a big cavity underneath. She told her assistant to put that bridge back and give me estimate for the repair of $5000 as soon but since she has vacation and none working days so they gave me 3 weeks later appointment. The bridge when assistant put it back it was not even sitting on my teeth because of broken piece in then assistant told the Dr about it but didn't even give a second look and tried to fix properly with temporary bond she told me might be it will come off in a day but something from over the counter I can buy and use in the meantime and Waite for my appointment in 3 weeks. The next day it came off as she knew that it would be well I called the office if she can accommodate me in because it is emergency and can't wait for that long since I have been her patient since last 15 plus years and spent a lot of money every year including my whole family but Katelin replied back so rudely and said that she can't accommodate at all regardless. I was able to easily get an appointment when I called. And then I was called back without much wait on the day of my visit. Dr. Moldoveanu was quick and efficient when cleaning my teeth and gave me great recommendations on some new mouthwash to try. I also enjoyed talking to him about his kids and my own during the visit.
