She's like I already told you the info I don't need to repeat it I'm like well you gave me the info the 1st and 2 nd time too. And whoever enters the info online on the website ALL WRONG TOO. Just gross behavior. I'm from La I had to drive back 3 times. THREE. Their system is just horrible. Lobby people are nice but have no access to any info or any role in the bail checking process. Update: I dropped off the bond for the third time at 8:30. I called southwest justice detention jail just now at 9:13am to see if it's "approved" since a good amount of time had passed. The female officer is like you couldn't have dropped it off 40minutes ago I was the one you talked too and I'm barely on shift. I'm like I have a time log on my phone. What do you mean it hasn't been 40minutes. It took them 40minutes to get the bond. And she said it'll take another hour to approve it. The Riverside Police Department are supposed to protect and serve. Just go to court do not miss it if you can't make it you can always reschedule but don't be an idiot like me and get a warrant issued.

My CONFIDENTIAL Declaration was frozen on the public server of one of the first Smart Cities...then breached in the Courthouse database. I'm sure it was also breached by other Smart Cities worldwide wide. There weren't too many at that time. 2012 Riverside was actually awarded The City of Intelligence award. I even used the Self Help Center ... that's where my document was breached at. Were sorry the maximum number of callers waiting to speak to a representative have been reach. Please call again. Click." Supposed to be its busiest Monday and Tuesday in the morning. Tried calling today (Friday) and got the same message. It could be the holidays, but maybe they should hire more reps during this time of year. Or just hire more reps if this is a normal issue. I was lucky when I showed up that there was only one other person here and he was already being helped. I took a number. (not sure why) And sat down. The guy that was already being helped told me that there is someone at the window. It was an honest mistake on my part, simply because the windows are so dark you can't see who is behind it. Once I got closer I saw a lady on the other side and gave her my information. I could barely hear what she was saying though. I don't know if it was her voice or the voice port in the window. (I had to look up voice port. The metal circle things you speak into at transaction window. I didn't know what they were called) Anyway, she told me that the issue is that my doctor didn't fill out there part. How would I know this you may ask? It wasn't on the website. I wasn't able to get through here either. If the review was based on the overall experience in dealing with my disability claim it would be 1 star. However, it isn't this location fault.
