Craig is an intuitive Farrier. He isn't a cold one. As horse owners may know in this industry our vets and farriers often grow cold to shield emotions etc but with Craig it's different. He talks to your horse, establishes repor & trust. He understands the animal world and respects it. We had a summer surprise last year and our mare ended up having a beautiful filly. Craig predicted her "wide" belly and large glands meant she was in foal and that we should get the vet out ASAP. Craig patiently worked with our filly at just a few weeks old, and has done so the last 8 months. He baby talks to her and is so patient with her! Having a foal is a delight because you get to form their beginning and know every little thing about them. Starting her off with a good farrier was a must and I am so glad we already had Craig to help. I can't say enough about him! Oh also... My horsies are barefoot. I wanted to shoe my mare despite the cost, and Craig was honest enough to tell me she didn't need shoes. He would have tripled his money had I gone with shoes, but instead advised me on what was best for my mare and that what I thought was a need for shoes was not really the case.
