She made that process incredibly fast and effortless, bringing in multiple offers without a hitch. So, when we recently decided to buy a new home, returning to her was the easiest decision we could have made, and she completely exceeded our expectations once again. Rhonda perfectly balances being incredibly sweet with being fiercely professional. When we found a house we originally wanted, she drafted a flawless offer. Unfortunately, the sellers decided they wanted more than their asking price, and we were crushed. Rhonda didn't miss a beat; she immediately jumped into action, pivoted, and ended up finding us our absolute dream forever home. Knowing exactly what it takes to win in this market, she crafted the perfect offer letter and fought hard to get it accepted right before the house even hit its first weekend open house. After that, she put the entire process on cruise control for us. We closed in under 3 weeks, and we barely had to lift a finger. Rhonda handled absolutely everything and went far beyond what is expected of a real estate agent to take the stress out of the process. She scheduled all of our inspections and followed up on the findings, personally took specific photos of the house to satisfy our home insurance requirements, and seamlessly set up the title and signing. She even provided us with her trusted, local contact list for a handyman, cleaning person, and appliance repair. If you want an agent who will guide you with genuine care and handle every single detail from start to finish, call Rhonda. We are so incredibly grateful to be in our forever home!

Thank you again for the support in selling our home. Highly recommend.

Having lived in our home for nearly 30 years and now somewhat physically limited we were overwhelmed how to clear our house of clutter and prepare for it for professional marketing photos and open house. Teresa went to each and every room, gave us a list of what needed to be done then rolled up her sleeves to pack boxes and direct preparations with high energy. Teresa has a wonderful talent for achieving the look of professional staging, that is, beautifying a home and giving it a warm and spacious appeal herself without the expense of hiring a professional. Her resources were awesome. It was such a blessing that her fluency in Spanish enabled her to hire a crew to clean up inside and out, haul away trash, clear out excess furniture, & move boxes inexpensively. Teresa's knowledge and expertise of our neighborhood is a invaluable. For years she has actively sponsored a neighborhood annual garage sale and distributed lawn flags on the 4th of July. Her enthusiastic commitment to our neighborhood gained our attention so we chose her as our agent despite knowing many other realtors. So glad we did because this has been the best real estate experience we have ever had. From the start Teresa listened carefully to our needs, developed a great plan, then worked tirelessly. She was amazingly responsive -- replies in just minutes. We learned first hand that Teresa takes great care of her clients psychologically, emotionally, physically, and financially ... but it especially impressed us that Teresa is well known among her realtor peers for really looking out for the best interest of her clients. Our house sold quickly at a great price with Teresa's exceptional service, personal detail, and negotiating skills. She is much more than an real estate agent -- she is a moving manager professional of the highest-caliber. We highly recommend her services!

That advantage starts with picking the right agent to help you find the right home. I endorse Teresa Park as your local real estate agent.

Here are the reasons: She helped me to find the perfect house which has view as well as pool! It's very hard to find such a nice combination in Santa Rosa. I had one experience with another agent who did not show on time and did not answer my call or text! Katie always treat my business as hers. She helps me find a HomeBridge finance team who also did fabulous job and make almost impossible loan to be approved on time without any delay! That was very impressive! Katie also helped me find the company to do pool inspection as well as painter and electricians who have been there with katie to estimate the cost of remodeling! This is extremely helpful for a person like me coming here from Los angles and know none in this beautiful community! There are lot more things worth of my time to write, but I don't want take too much of your time to read. Just mention one more thing which makes me believe that in a very near future, Katie will definitely become one of top agents in Sonoma county with the best quality of service she provides. The last thing I don't want to miss is that she organized and prepared a party for me in my backyard in order to make me feel welcomed and to get to know my neighbors. During my initial weekend visit, she quickly understood my preferences and helped me narrow down my search. When a promising property came on the market after I returned to Boston, she provided such a thorough video tour that I felt like I was walking through it myself. Her responsiveness, knowledge, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful process remarkably smooth. Kimberly truly went above and beyond at every turn. She coordinated inspections, arranged for deep cleaning before my move-in, signed for my new bed delivery and setup, and even agreed to receive my car delivery over the Christmas holidays. As a newcomer to California, I was overwhelmed with logistics, but she guided me through everything from acquiring insurance in a fire-risk area to understanding the nuances of Oakmont Village's different sub-HOA requirements. They not only were able to quickly identify numerous properties that met our criteria, but also were willing to provide virtual/video tours when we could not travel to view the home in person. When it came time to make an offer, Autymn and Chelsea were there to advise us and help us determine terms that were to our advantage and felt good. They supported us during a packed physical inspection period, spending an entire day (plus several hours on two other days) onsite after booking inspectors for a variety of trades and areas. Most importantly, they arranged for inspections we didn't even realize we should have (like our water filtration system - kind of important in hindsight!). They represented us well throughout escrow, ensuring that negotiations were respectful while holding firm in our priorities. In short, they worked their butts off while making the entire experience a breeze for us. KB Properties is worth every penny they earn, and then some.
