Once I couldn't figure out the retainer they give you to help shield the roof of your mouth and I called and one of the staff members stayed on the phone helping me figure out how to get it back on. On the day of my surgery the medicine I took made me feel icky and they made sure to take good care of me and later Dr Bealka called me to make sure that everything was going okay. I really appreciated the extra time he took to check on me before the surgery and after. I would definitely recommend this place for any periodontal work for both the actual work and bedside manner.
