The inspection report was very thorough with pictures and written in terms I could understand. Allan checked items I wouldn't have even considered and made several ongoing maintenance suggestions. He used a drone to inspect the roof, thermal cameras to inspect HVAC and insulation, electrical outlets, water systems, appliances, etc. Discovered several items I wouldn't have noticed (or at least not until they became serious issues). Well, I never had to engage a criminal attorney before in my life. But unfortunately our son got into some trouble in Williamson County. He was arrested for one fairly minor charge but was being investigated on a potentially very serious charge. By use of the internet we found good reviews for Robert Phillips. Of course we were skeptical of online reviews, but by good fortune we were reading those reviews as were driving around the Williamson county jail and police complex and noticed Mr. Phillips' offices nearby. Our son was sitting in jail and we knew we needed help. We went into his offices and explained our son's circumstances to his paralegal Janet. (Mr. Phillips was in trial at that time.) Janet quickly sprung into action on our behalf making various calls to the Williamson county sheriff's office to obtain more information. My wife and I were provided information about cases Mr. Phillips had worked on and there were literally hundreds. Not all victories but many, many favorable outcomes. Later that day we got to meet Mr. Phillips. After Mr. Phillips answered a lot of our questions we decided to engage Mr. Phillips' services on behalf of our son. It was the right decision. I felt very comfortable with his knowledge and experience. He explained things straightforwardly to us, he didn't sugar coat anything. His familiarity with the inner workings of the Williamson county court system was a very big factor in our decision. Mr. Phillips and his staff kept us informed about the ongoing investigation. He spoke with police officials and the District Attorney's office on behalf of our son. I have no doubt that Mr. Phillips represented our son well and presented his side of the story to the authorities. By good fortune, good legal defense, and the fact that authorities had a sense of equity after reviewing the circumstances of our case, the authorities decided not to file any further charges against our son. Our son getting into trouble was a nightmare for our family. But we made the right choice to hire the services of Mr. Phillips and his office. I highly recommend engaging him if you ever get into trouble in Williamson county or any Texas county for that matter! This Firm are professionals at dragging out cases and therefore billing more costs to their Defendant/Client. If you want to lay down thousands of dollars thinking you will be hiring a Lawyer that is working for the best interest for their Client, think again! They definitely work for the best interests for themselves and leave you hanging with a huge bill to pay to them. It's totally about money with these guys. They don't care what the end result of the case is as long as they can string the case along and long as possible and drain as much money from you as possible. They are polite at the beginning but once you start giving them money, they become more and more belligerent and arrogant to the Client. (An attitude of: 'Just give us your money and sit down and shut up and don't ask anymore questions.') There are many times this Firm could end the case much sooner but this firm loves dragging your case along as long as possible including forcing you to go to Trial in a courtroom when they could have resolved your problems/charges much earlier. (Remember, they make tons more money off you by taking cases to trial.) I strongly recommend finding an honest law firm. This is not the one! read more

Actually, you should be careful of all attorneys becasue they all know the truth about the family courts. There is no such thing as a father friendly attorney. They will not tell you the truth about family ourt but they will charge you thousands of dollars. If an attorney tells you that they are a father's rights attorney and you belive them, then you are about to lose a bunch of money.
