My family had a very stressful experience with Aesthetic & Implant Dentistry of Atlanta. My mom was…read morereferred here for extractions and implants and was quoted around $75,000. From the first visit, the focus felt heavily on financing--she was encouraged to apply with multiple lenders, and surgery was scheduled within days. The office contacted her repeatedly during the weekend, including in the evening hours, and asked her to set up online banking access so they could see what she could put down. Once I became involved, the finance person and dentist stopped answering calls and did not respond to voicemails. She chose not to proceed and attempted to confirm she would not be charged; after that, communication stopped. She then received a $12,000 CareCredit charge, and the doctor was paid despite no surgery being performed by Aesthetic & Implant Dentistry of Atlanta. We are in an ongoing dispute with CareCredit/Synchrony, which has treated the charge as valid based on signed intake/treatment plan/financing documents, without confirming that the procedure actually took place through clinical documentation (for example: procedure notes, anesthesia record, extraction/implant charting, implant serial/lot numbers, radiographs taken day-of, dated post-op instructions, or other records tied to an actual date of service). We have filed a criminal complaint with the Cobb County Sheriff's Office. Please use caution, ask detailed questions before authorizing any financing, and consider getting multiple opinions/quotes.

(Warning‼ to Potential Clients! 1-Star Review…read more I am sharing my experience at Aesthetic Implant Dentistry of Atlanta to warn potential clients--especially those on a budget or relying on financing--to research carefully before choosing this office. I originally applied for a loan through their office for a procedure I specifically requested. After the loan was approved, I was later informed by Dr. Motoban that the procedure would no longer be possible. In spite of that, the finance company had already paid the office, and I was now obligated to repay the loan for a procedure I was no longer getting. When I requested that the loan be canceled in August, the office stopped responding. For nearly three months, they gave me the runaround and avoided assisting me in any way to rectify the situation. During this period, I was forced to pay on a loan I could not use, while the office refused to cooperate with the finance company to cancel it. My calls were screened, and messages were ignored by the office. I live an hour away, so the only way to get any type of response was to show up in person unannounced. I went into this process very insecure about my smile. They took advantage of that and knew it would fuel me to follow whatever they suggested in order to get approved for a higher loan limit. Once that higher loan was denied, they ceased all communication with me entirely. It wasn't until I began pursuing professional outside options that the office suddenly claimed everything had been an "oversight." What they refused to resolve for nearly four months, they completed in ten minutes once outside pressure was applied. When I finally went to the office in tears, the office manager's "NEW‼ assistant (Mrs. Morah) who had just started and was not involved in the earlier communication--showed genuine kindness and empathy toward me. I shared with her how this experience had terribly affected my credit. Sadly, Dr. Motoban refused to honor my cancellation request and even instructed her not to give me a receipt after I mentioned the possibility of legal action. Based on my experience, I strongly encourage potential clients to read reviews carefully, ask questions, and be cautious--especially if you are working with limited finances or relying on payment plans. Patients deserve transparency, honesty, and respectful treatment from start to finish.

Either they just don't care or the left hand has absolutely no idea what the right is doing. Everything looks great and I suppose is intended to be impressive with all the latest tech etc. but when a customer experiences as many issues, mishaps, lack of communication, etc. as I have, then none of that matters. I would encourage the office to focus on the level of service provided to your customers and a little less on having all the latest gizmos. Anyone that believes any of that matters while delivering the poorest customer experience ever (what a title to inherit) is sadly mistaken. I literally picked the office due to the glowing reviews but I would advise anyone who likes to avoid hassle and headache to absolutely stay away. Involving the office manager has not seemed to have made the least bit of difference either. I cannot wait for my treatment to be done (IF that EVER happens) so I can find somewhere else in a hurry. The ONLY thing they have done well is to accept payment and it was all downhill after that.

The sign in process was easy since when you schedule they have you fill out everything prior to coming in. The front office space is gorgeous and smells so refreshing. She took thorough x-rays along with a 3D scab. In addition she also took photos. While in the seat they offer you a neck pillow and warm blanket for comfort! Makes the experience so relaxing! TO ANYONE ON A BUDGET WHO RELIES SOLELY ON THEIR DENTAL COVERAGE AND CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY ANY OUT…read moreOF POCKET: The Atlanta Dental Spa is located in my building so I was interested in cleaning/ preventative services out of convenience. Although the place looks nice and the staff seem nice, don't be deceived. My bf and i walked down and spoke with the front desk about an appt. I gave her my insurance and instructed her to notate in my chart that all services needed to be pre cleared with insurance before appt bc I am legally disabled, on a very limited fixed income, and could not afford anything not covered. At the end of Sept I spoke with the Insurance person, Lura, regarding my coverage. On the phone I also informed her about pre-clearing my services and she told me no problem. At the 1st of the month she ran my insurance and told me I was good to go. To me, this means that she called the insurance company and made sure the preventative services were covered. Otherwise I would've hoped that she'd advise me to find an in-network provider who did cover the care. But she didn't do that. Just a go ahead to come to the appt. Day of appt, I signed the forms, including the financial responsibility forms, under the assumption that I was pre-cleared for my services. Boy was I wrong. I received a $325 bill for services- which is astronomical for someone on a tight budget. When I reached out to Lura I received the exact response that I was expecting-- reference to signing the financial responsibility agreement and that it was my responsibility. How unsympathetic can you be to not even do the proper insurance verification on a patient specifically requesting it for financial reasons, and then surprise billing them. It's just completely dishonest and wrong when the patient is greatly depending on the services to be covered. I highly recommend finding a dentist that works in network. I found others on Yelp with the same exact complaint as I had- being told out of network insurance is accepted and then getting a surprise bill. In order to avoid this- find an in-network provider or pre-pay.

I was referred to him by my dentist and had no issue getting an appointment for a consult that fit my schedule. From the very first phone call, I knew this place was about making sure I felt comfortable and understood everything that would go into my treatment which I realllllly appreciated. Finding the office was easy and upon arriving in the office, Marzia greeted me with a huge smile and kind welcome and the office is beautifully decorated. I was a bit nervous but once I was seen by Dr. Bezrah and he explained in detail how my surgery would play out, the possible risks, and various outcomes, I made the decision to move forward. After meeting with him, Angie sat down with me to explain the cost of the surgery and worked out a plan that best fit my budget to pay for my upcoming service. I'm three weeks out from my surgery and I am very pleased with all the work done as well as the post-treatment care I've received from both Dr. Bezrah and Michelle. Anytime I had an issue with pain or just wasn't sure about how I was healing, they had no issue scheduling an appt for me or answering questions. I'm very glad that I chose to this office.

After reading several articles about Dr. Bezreh, I decided to give them a call. I can't say enough nice things about him, his entire staff, and the office atmosphere. They took what I thought was going to be a terrifying experience and made it seem like nothing at all. He even made a custom appliance to accommodate my small mouth. I can't imagine not having it to protect the sensitive area as it healed. BEFORE you go to anyone else, call Dr. Bezreh.

At my next visit, I received my temporary veneers. I immediately told him they looked too big for my mouth. He told me not to worry and said the final veneers would look smoother, smaller, and more natural. The next day, I emailed the coordinator to explain that I wanted a natural look -- not bulky, not too long or too wide -- just similar to my original teeth with a small upgrade. I already had beautiful teeth, but as I got older, I had some discoloration. The response I received was simply, "Thanks for letting us know." I also called Dr. Cooper again and told him I did not like the temporary veneers and asked him not to make the final ones bulky. He again told me not to worry. Four weeks later, I went back to receive the final veneers. They placed them with temporary cement and asked how I liked them. I told Dr. Cooper they were too big for my mouth, too long, and uneven -- the left side looked bigger than the right. I clearly said I did not like them. He told me he could not change anything and that we needed to cement them permanently. I felt like I had no choice, so they were permanently cemented. After that, I felt terrible. My speech changed because the top teeth were too big. When I talk, I sound different, and I sometimes struggle to pronounce words clearly. When I eat, I have to be very careful. I experience daily discomfort, nerve pain, and gum irritation because of the poor work. I have now spoken to four other doctors for second opinions. All of them said the veneers are definitely too big and bulky, and that is why my speech has changed. They also said the unevenness is due to poor work. I paid a lot of money for this treatment, and now I am paying even more to fix the damage. I lost my confidence, I am in pain, and I feel like Dr. Cooper ignored my concerns and did not listen to me. This has been a very painful and disappointing experience for me
