One visit, I waited over an hour and was late to an important event. The most negative experience I had was with my treatment I decided on after trying another medication two different times and not being able to tolerate it. I had one treatment and the office did not file the insurance correctly. In the span of six weeks, they were not able to figure out what they had done wrong. They never called my insurance company to find out how to rectify the situation (I confirmed). Luckily, I worked with the insurance to get them to do a one-time appeal. I missed my second and third treatment because of their negligence. The office manager is dishonest and flippant. I finally decided to leave the office, and two separate oncology offices were able to give me more information about my insurance and treatment in 1-2 phone calls that this office was ever able to give me. I have since left the office. My advice is to know everything about your treatment and insurance because this office will not take care of it. Also, if you wait in the room for more than 30 minutes, leave and demand back your copay. What a waste of two years at this place.

I cannot believe I haven't reviewed this place yet. I am a cancer survivor--four years free!! I…read morecome here to see my Oncologist, Dr. Scot Sedlececk. I do not have one complaint about this office. It's on the 4th floor of a nice building on the Rose campus and has plenty of parking: garage, lot, and valet. I've done all three without incident, but would not recommend the garage if you drive a large truck (think F250 extended cab). Everyone here is friendly and competent. The nurses who take your blood never have a hard time and require repeat stabbings. They have a great staff of genetic counselors to help you map out any family health issues. Finally, the doctors are excellent. My oncologist is my homeboy. I owe my life to him--literally.

Dr. Cohn and his staff have been great, courteous, and professional, making my experience much better than I expected. Every time I was treated, the staff made me feel comfortable and safe, which is always welcome as a patient (shout out to Maddie and Krista!). I know every patient's experience will be different, but in my case, I am blessed to be taken care of by RMCC.

I made this schedule 2 weeks ago. They called me last week and I said no. I don't have time to take off work here and there. And they said we can see what we can do. They called day off appointment saying that they can take me at 1:30 or schedule me next week. I said no. She said you can't say no. I said I have every right to say no because I made this appointment 2 weeks before this surgery was scheduled. I told them I couldn't take time off. She is like we can take you until next week. I said no. I am going to look for a different doctor's office that actually cares. The lady was rude and apparently don't care about patients who have just found out they have cancer. They get kicked to the curb instead of getting help and support.
