He and his assistant Ms. Dee, exhibited pristine service with warm smiles. They made me feel welcomed and extremely comfortable throughout the entire visit. They were knowledgeable and comprehensively informative about detection of cavities, how to restore and prevent them in the future. Ms. Dee showed immense concern and consideration for my comfort. That was greatly appreciated and created an experience that I will cherish forever. I'd recommend them to my entire host of family and friends any day!!

This office has really fallen off a lot starting…read morewith the rude and unprofessional front desk staff who never answers the phone, who acts like they are too incompetent to set appointments, and who always has an attitude and a chip on their shoulders all of the time. Just because you are related to or in a relationship with the owner(s) does not mean that you can do the job properly nor does it mean that you should be given a pass on bad behavior and bad customer service. This alone will cause a business to fail and crumble. They absolutely fail in the customer service department for sure, and Nash in case you don't know...whatever or whomever you place at the front desk is going to be a tell-tell sign of what is expected to be in the back!!! Also, many others are talking and they and I have noticed that our teeth are not getting the same quality of care anymore. Trust me when I say it is not the same. Go elsewhere for professionalism and care because this place is certainly not it.
