He takes his time with you, and he is very detailed in your care. I found his manner very relaxing and he exudes a warmth that shows he cares about his patients. He put contacts in my eyes, then re examed me again and again trying to find the comfortable contacts for me because I suffer so with allergies which affect my vision. He did not stop until he had the perfect match for me in my visit. He is just so wonderful. The staff is friendly and smiling when you come in and the office is beautiful. I found this dental practice (of three I have tried) to be the most professional and friendly. The…read morestaff does an excellent job of education. Dr. Sadler is tops, very ethical. He takes time to explain everything. While two other dentists allowed non-professional staff to make judgements of my teeth/gums, those two dentists did not. Hence, I doubted the veracity of their evaluations. Dr. Sadler jound nothing wrong with my teeth/gums and I knew I had hit the nail on the head. The others were distancing themselves from unethical practice by allowing others to drum up business. Dr. Sadler was professional, offered options, educated me, AND, had a great sense of humor. THAT alone allays fears! He's top notch! And, so is everyone else in his office. His practice gets five stars from me.
