Just because you are related to or in a relationship with the owner(s) does not mean that you can do the job properly nor does it mean that you should be given a pass on bad behavior and bad customer service. This alone will cause a business to fail and crumble. They absolutely fail in the customer service department for sure, and Nash in case you don't know...whatever or whomever you place at the front desk is going to be a tell-tell sign of what is expected to be in the back!!! Also, many others are talking and they and I have noticed that our teeth are not getting the same quality of care anymore. Trust me when I say it is not the same. Go elsewhere for professionalism and care because this place is certainly not it.
