This alone will cause a business to fail and crumble. They absolutely fail in the customer service department for sure, and Nash in case you don't know...whatever or whomever you place at the front desk is going to be a tell-tell sign of what is expected to be in the back!!! He takes time to explain everything. While two other dentists allowed non-professional staff to make judgements of my teeth/gums, those two dentists did not. Hence, I doubted the veracity of their evaluations. Dr. Sadler jound nothing wrong with my teeth/gums and I knew I had hit the nail on the head. The others were distancing themselves from unethical practice by allowing others to drum up business. Dr. Sadler was professional, offered options, educated me, AND, had a great sense of humor. THAT alone allays fears! He's top notch! And, so is everyone else in his office. His practice gets five stars from me.
