They called me and said that particular doctor doesn't see anyone over 22 years old. Well I'm older! I literally went into the facility and made another appointment. They said they had no record of me, I was a previous patient for another injury two years prior. They said they would contact me and they never did. I called them more than once no return call I had a dentist appointment who was just around the corner and went in again And they said they didn't have anybody that could see me????????? I happen to be a medical professional myself, and have referred people there in the past, and they will not ever get another referral from me . Horrible.

I asked for the Dr. to confirm HER appointments were billed through SPARCC and therefore covered, she responded; 'yes, they are billed through SPARCC'...then looking past me at the gal at the desk... WAY TOO QUICKLY ADDED: "but I'm not positive, because I don't work in BILLING!" hmmm....... so many mysteries. If you need Physical Therapy, and money is so object, AND you need a new hobby, then this place might be ok for you! Same with a Colonguard test. Be careful because they don't check with insurance either. When I called to discuss my concerns I was told by the front desk that the Dr would not be updated with my concerns and that just won't call me again. Sadly customer service isn't on their list for customer satisfaction.

Since coming here, though, I've been able to both see and feel real improvement in the right side of my body after years of sports-related wear and tear. He did an excellent job on my knee and I'm doing great in Rehab! Knee replacement is painful, no doubt about it - but that's going to be the case no matter who does the surgery.
